I don’t get the hate. Dude has been consistently great all year. All WRs can be head cases but I think Dez was a lot more problematic and don’t even get me started on Mike lol. Hell even Cooper felt like he flat out quit sometimes

I don’t get the narrative people have with him and he flat out makes this team better

I dont even blame Pickens for Pittsburgh. He was a diamond being crapped on by terrible quarterbacks and offenses in general. It had to be infuriating.

Imagine playing not only for pride and love of the game but your future and cant nobody consistently get the ball to you.

He is undisciplined and I gather from his time in Pittsburgh that he was tough to deal with for coaching staff and teammates when things were not to his liking. They were done with him there. With that said, he had a strong point that the offenses there and the QB’s were a joke. He is absolutely giving 100% on the field here which is of course very important but I do hope he can mature a bit over time. He is supremely talented, I think a critical part of the offense and I would want to keep him here longer term.

I don't have much of an issue with Pickens so far, but it is fair to point out that this is likely the best version of himself given the timing of it all.

Not sure what you’re listening to but I just heard Jon Gruden say he’s the best receiver in the game. Even Steelers fans are admitting they screwed up only getting a 3rd.

I don't see a lot of hate for Pickens. I saw a lot of uncertain before and the first week or so after

Problematic how? He was angry in Pittsburgh as they had a trash QB and system that didn’t utilize him so he let them know it?
If George Pickens was missing meetings, showing up late to games, running lazy routes, getting ejected from games, embarrassing the head coach, you too would want him off this team asap.

“He didnt have a QB” is one of the worst excuses ive seen.

Btw, so far this season, Schotty has had to talk to him about his effort, sit him out a series, and he has gotten several taunting penalties.

Truth. Was about to ask if guys here owned special TVs that didn't broadcast history or something.
