Fortunately, the Steelers have a much smaller event in comparison. Early in the third quarter of their Week 13 road match-up against New England, the usually-quiet nose tackle Casey Hampton was called for a dubious defensive holding penalty. It negated a 3rd and 2 situation, and gave the Patriots a first down.

That is so hilarious. And the fact that Hampton was mad is even more hilarious. When they showed the replay, it was probably one of the most blatant defensive holds ive ever seen. Dubious? is Al Michael writing this article :)

Irregardless of the bleatings of fans the game is going to be a war. Both teams will need their A game. This should be a good one.

LOL! The Steelers fans are loyal and are everywhere. Matter of fact, last time the Steelers were in Dallas it looked like Pittsburgh. How did that happen? Must have got those tickets from all those bandwagon Cowboy fans. Did you see Super Bowl XL? They took that over as well. You can say whatever, but you can't honestly say Steeler fans are bandwagon fans.

Exaggerate much.

It didnt look like pittsburgh, and in fact on the final drive where we all set to win I remember steelers fans sitting down and some leaving, until richie anderson gave them a reason to cheer.

The only reason people overblow the crowd that day was because phil simms kept on bringing it up.

Your intelligence is bursting through the screen with the thread you started over there titled "dallas in the playoffs" and it is nothing but pictures of romo fumbling the snap in seattle.

congratulations your un-original.

The michael irvin crack jokes are really relevant to.

Didn't think I would ever find a football board with less intelligence than extremeskins, but this takes the cake. Bravo sir, that is the dumbest board I have seen yet.

And oh yeah, for the steeler trolls still here, remember that it was Dallas that ruined your SB record. That's right. And it was an easy win too. Dallas slept walk, and yet still beat the steelers by 10 points, and never trailed in the game.

I fondly recall Larry Allen absolutely destroying Kevin Green and Greg Lloyd on pulling guard plays.

Nobody over there is talking about Martellus Bennett...someone even said Newman is going to be out for the game??

I love how other team's fans just hate on us. I hope we go in there and wallop them.

I find their cockiness amusing for such a misinformed group. I am pretty sure I know who heath miller and matt spaeth are, and mcfadden's injury situation. I think the more interesting things I heard is that kyle kosier might be out for this game. Keep on trashing the over rated 'tony ****', his 'celebrity girlfriend', and 'crybaby TO' haters. Even Ben joined in on the Romo bashing. Saying Tony brings this on himself.

Another one of them was like "Roy Williams is out for this one." (the safety)

No ****, Sherlock!

I still remember clearly that Steelers fans were convinced they'd roll us in Superbowl XXX. It's a fanbase high in confidence, and low in intellectual horsepower. This is perfectly obvious to anyone who's ever actually had to do time in Pittsburgh.

Doin time as we speak. You hit the nail on the head. I am surrounded by these types of fans. Over confident, and cocky to boot. They consider themselves intelligent fans, but I have yet to meet one yet.

Their arrogant bravado clouds their judgment.

Yea i've had a hard time with these Steeler fans. Seriously their knowledge of football outside of the Steelers is ridiculous. Its amazing. Barber is a trash talker now....I got into a argument with a guy trying to tell me Roy Williams has worse hands than Terrell Owens and Braylan Edwards. Are you kidding me? And they seem to think Miller is as good as Miller and Romo is as good as Matt Cassel.
