What is an unloaded gun good for?

Would you run away/stop what you are doing if a dude was holding a gun at you loaded or unloaded? How do you know if it is loaded or not?

"freak out" is not what I meant per say. I meant most would stop what they are doing or run away unless they already have a gun out, then they would most likely shoot you.

As much of a non-factor he has been for them this season you could argue he has suspended himself since Opening Night.

As for the gun-in-the-nightclub thing... in NYC whenever I got to a club I have to get a through full body pat down (even the relatively tame places I go to, who knows where Plaxico's going). And I mean FULL BODY. You have a guy grabbing at your crotch for at least 5 seconds. Worst part of the evening, every time.

I'm assuming he's a VIP guy so he doesn't get the same treatment.

The bad news is that believe it or not, if Plax can't go the rest of the season, the Giants O is actually better, why? B/c they have alot of depth at WR, and Eli starts spreading it around more.

Plus he's been a headcase for them this year.

The Giants are not a better team without Plax. Please.

If you think you need to carry a gun for protection, you better carry it loaded. Any state that allows you to carry a concealed weapon pretty much assumes you will be carrying it locked and loaded. That said, NYC has some of the strictest gun laws in the country--it will be interesting to see how this plays out, both legally and with the league. Does the league require players to notify NFL security if they have a concealed weapon permit?
