For an "elite" corner that should be routine. Is it wrong to have expectations? If you're going to be hyped to a certain level, you should play at that level and exhibit the sportsmanship of a high level player.
You didn't answer the question.

And it's "routine" to make a pick and return it for a TD when the game is on the line?:laugh2:

Damn that Tracy Porter, he made a hell of a routine play.

What you're basically saying is that you had unrealistic expectations for him. Yet, you're the self-proclaimed "realist." You singled him out as a guy who you wish was never on this team over guys that never contributed despite us paying them a lot of money or wasting a high draft pick on them.

Show me where I said his "death" was hilarious.

The idea that he was a victim or that somebody else is responsible is! Thus you wish he was never a Cowboy and his wife sues the guy and make no mention of the Heroin addict being a blemish to the Cowboys.

You don't have a problem with double standards do you?

You asked a football question. He can't answer those.

I'm not convinced Dallas could have made it to, and won the Super Bowl over Pittsburgh without Deion.

Kevin Smith went down early that season, and Deion was a critical element to that team.

I understand some people hate him, but at least he helped Dallas win a Super Bowl.

I agree. He may be a blow hard, but not sure what the 1995 season would have been like without him. He also kept us competitive in 1996 filling in at WR while everyone's hero was sitting out a 5 game drug suspension.

I didn't imply that the TD should be routine, but his performance overall in the game should be what we see of him routinely. I singled out Ken Hamlin for example. Largely I didn't bother with including many under-performers because they don't irk me like Newman does. In general, if players don't perform, people don't act like they're the second coming.

Gosh, too many to mention and my brain hurts. Id go with that corner that ran over and killed those guys that were helping someone. Too lazy to look his name up and probably not worth it.

Anyways, gosh it’s the offseason...when hot topics are drug addicts, the maturity of MartyB and golf. lol!

A Larry Lacewell special.

I'll never forget his quote on Hard Knocks when made some random play in a pre-season game and kept saying he just got his "swagga back!"

That didn't last long.

Being real is a gimmick?

Nope ...... but you have already displayed that is not what you are about.

You are about finding something to ***** about and pushing as many buttons as you can in each thread.

Every single post you make is negative about the boys. Even during our winning streak ....

I don't see how someone can put Deion on this list.

Me neither...unless you don't like winning a Super Bowl.

We took the reigning NFC Defensive Player of the year away from our most hated rival and then he helped us win the Super Bowl.

God I hate him for that.

That type of performance by Newman IS routine. Is it like that every game, no... but that doesn't mean it's not routine.

Not really. He's too busy getting beat on 3rd down and crying about interference on a game winning TD for that to be routine.

You have managed to piss me off and i am a level headed dude.

I know someone who died in the same manner, and while that individual was responsible for his actions, i also feel that the person that watched him pass out and not take him to the hospital is" partly responsible for his death due to his inaction. You are allowed your view, but dont include the words funny or hilarious iwhen discussing someones. It really makes you look like the piece of **** instead of the big bad drug users you obviously have so much contempt for. I really hope you don't drink alcohol because if so you are a hypocrit. Because i would say that if you drank too much, passed out and started to choke, that the person that failed to roll you over is partly responsiblefor your death.

Actually took some digging, but

Was I not positively thrilled to see our mediocre team beat our dirt worst in the division bitter rivals?

That's your example of a positive post?? And you admitted it took some digging? :laugh2:

It's tough to be positive about a team that gives you no reason to. :laugh2:
