You have managed to piss me off and i am a level headed dude.

I know someone who died in the same manner, and while that individual was responsible for his actions, i also feel that the person that watched him pass out and not take him to the hospital is" partly responsible for his death due to his inaction. You are allowed your view, but dont include the words funny or hilarious iwhen discussing someones. It really makes you look like the piece of **** instead of the big bad drug users you obviously have so much contempt for. I really hope you don't drink alcohol because if so you are a hypocrit. Because i would say that if you drank too much, passed out and started to choke, that the person that failed to roll you over is partly responsiblefor your death.

Contempt. I just said that expecting one druged up users to take proper care of another is a lot to expect. Never called them big bad drug users.

The only people or thing hilarious or funny is that his wife wanted to sue and someone else puts this guy on the top of his list of most unliked players.

What is even more funny is that I was called out for putting words in peoples mouths in this thread and since that time people have accused me of laughing at a drug addicts death when I never did that and my statement "Tuinei the victim, hilarious" is obviously a remark on the victim card and not on the death.

But please keep it up if it makes you feel better! Don't drink alcohol - thanks for your concern on my hypocrite status!

Actually took some digging, but

Was I not positively thrilled to see our mediocre team beat our dirt worst in the division bitter rivals?

Just like I said ..... you could not help yourself from taking a shot at the Boys even when trying to lie about not always talking negatively.

And that picture (if really you) explains a lot.

I know I looked mad ( or maybe I subconsciously hate the Cowboys), but I was freezing my behind off. I promise I was thrilled they won. :laugh2:

You do know that if you try to give someone cpr and then stop before medical help arrives, you can be held responsible for the death? whether you had anything to do with the situation or not?

You still havent shown anywhere where anyone called him the victiim.

Ok since you dont drink, lets try another example.

Say you see a car crash. You pull over and the person is hurt very badly an cannot move. If you leave or dont call the cops, basically dont get them treatment, and that person later dies. would you consider yourself partially responsible for the death? if they say that had he gottten help sooner he could have survived?

that why i said IF you drink.

And yes you make them sound like the trash of the earth, whether you realize that or not.

Really you just sound like an uncompassionate lil....

Me neither...unless you don't like winning a Super Bowl.

We took the reigning NFC Defensive Player of the year away from our most hated rival and then he helped us win the Super Bowl.

God I hate him for that.

He blatantly interfered with Irvin on a deep pass during the 1994 NFC Championship game. Prolly cost us the opportunity for a comeback win. One of the biggest non calls in playoff history. Also he also played the gimp when we played Randy Moss and the Minnesota Vikings. He blamed turf toe injury. Moss called him out each time and Deion wussed out. He was afraid to go against Moss cuz he knew he couldn't cover him.

You guys really need help on the comprehension issues. If Nicky was not on drugs or a drug dealer then I would expect something out of the guy, if he was he is the trash of the earth (if a dealer) or not even close to capable of making sound decisions (if on Heroin)

So, forgive me if I think that it is funny that people are putting him in a worse light than Tuinei himself (who was either hanging with a known heroin dealer consistently - since he got him the drugs) or in Nicky's case (just one of two guys who were strung out on Heroin and did not make the reasonable decision).

My original thought was Phil Pozderac, because he made Flozell seem like a player with a few penalties. Every big play I can remember was called back because of, ... "holding on #75."

But since then I think I have to go with Keyshawn Johnson as the player that I wished would have never been a Cowboy.

Absolute and complete "putz!"

The guy did have a legit toe injury...which he had to have surgery on.

Afraid to cover Moss?

BS.

Torrin Tucker, Rob Petitti, Pacman, Pete Hunter, Lynn Scott, Tony Dixon, Quincy Carter, Dwayne Goodrich, Derek Ross, Mike Vanderjagt, Terrell Owens, Eddie George, Keyshawn Johnson, Drew Henson, Drew Bedsore, Jacob Rogers, Isaiah Stanback, and Sam Paulescu.

Add to that Chad Hutchinson, Troy Hambrick, and a think a lot of people would add Vinny Testaverde, even though I always liked him. Even if he sucked his whole time with Dallas.

Sorry, quick question. How was he involved?
I know that Mark Tuinei died of a heroin overdose, but really don't know much about it. (I was 10 when it happened, so I don't know details lol).

Quick response form memory is Sualua was with him and too scared of getting in trouble to help the guy or get him help that could have saved his life.

It's tough to be positive about a team that gives you no reason to. :laugh2:
You couldn't find a reason to be positive about a team that had just beat the previously unbeaten Saints the week before, and then just pitched a shutout in a road divisional game -- which you witnessed? Just be honest, are you really a fan? If yes, then why?

btw this is easiest question i have ever been asked.

Rafael Septien: January 22, 1987 Former Cowboys kicker, Rafael Septien, was indicted in Dallas County, Texas on a charge of “indecency with a child.” He was accused of having sex with a 10-year-old girl. The charges were later amended to “aggravated child molestation.” On April 9th of that year Septien pled guilty to a single charge of “indecency with a child.” And what type of sentence did the now-convicted child molester get? Probation. Don’t forget, this was Dallas County (the court did fine Septien a whopping $ 2,000). That’s right, Septien didn’t spend a single day in jail for being convicted of molesting a child.

At least the kicker felt enough remorse to flee the country. He moved to Mexico after the conviction. (Cancun, in case you were thinking of making a trip. Probably best to leave the kids at home.) Too bad the folks in the Dallas County Prosecutor’s Office were incapable of feeling the same amount of shame. The country would be better off if Septien had taken them with him.

This whole story sickens me, so let’s just move on.

When I was in college I briefly worked at Best Buy selling camera's. Chad Hutchinson and his hot wife came in looking for a battery charger. He was really nice. I told him I wished he would have worked out in Dallas, and he very regretfully said "I know." It was just after the Bears released him. Very tall and lanky guy. He didn't look like an NFL quarterback.

We didn't beat the 49ers until the 1996 season with Deion. We got our butts kicked in the '95 season.

I remember the story of the team bus pulling over to a bar to celebrate when they learned Green Bay beat SF in the playoffs.
