Couldn’t access the video for some reason. But assuming what they said....we definitely need more former players calling out Jerry Jones. He is sensitive to how he’s perceived among former players- especially ones he respects.

Dang.. That's bad when even the team website is saying it.

I'm done with Jerry.

If he was still shooting from the hip and doing fun things with the team I could still support him but he is just too conservative and has become emotional with our Salary Cap money.

The way this team is built I don't see us competing for a title anytime soon unless they go get one of these QB's in the draft but they will select some non difference making player and we will be right back where we were a year ago.

There is just too many outstanding young QB's in this league on rookie deals and they have a huge advantage over the rest of the league.

We need a miracle to happen to this roster. We need an electric / transcendent player to fire up the fan base and make us believe we can win again.

We won't be acquiring that though. We'll get some Offensive tackle/corner/linebacker and just be a jaggy team.

If Washington gets the QB position figured out I think they will run this division.

Can't see at work. Give us some bullet points, please.

Newy Scruggs, Everson Walls and Jesse Holly discuss the biggest problem with the Cowboys Football team these last 25 years.

· Jerry runs the team like Al Davis ran the Raiders

· Jerry wants credit for winning and doesn’t feel he got sufficient credit for the SB wins.

· Comparisons with the Yankee’s owner.

· If Jerry really wanted to win he’d make the necessary changes. i.e. appoint a non Jones GM.

You're right, but you still need to build a decent team around the QB and Jerry has proven over the last 25 years he's not the man to do that.

Wash! Rinse! Repeat!

That came from the official site? LOL.

They aren't wrong. Jerry's biggest flaw is that he's tried to be coach, GM, President and buddy to players and coaches all at the same time.

It's an ego thing with him and it will be his biggest failing and why they likely will never win another SB as long as he is alive (and frankly as long as his son is alive unless Stephen has a come to Jesus moment). Jerry operates the Cowboys like his own fantasy football team and that's a big problem.

The fact this is coming from the teams official site makes me wonder if Jerry is actually ceding control. He wouldnt let this be published if he wasnt.

The relationship with the players is his biggest flaw.

It clouds his ability to make tough decisions and undermines the staff all at once.

It's an organizational killer and he either doesn't see it or doesnt care.

Also....being on the radio is a pure mess and sends the wrong message repeatedly.

If those two items went away I'd definitely settle for that. He doesnt need to quit, just a change a couple things. Refuses to see that also. Same deal over and over, same results. I'm pretty sure WE are the insane ones.
