#1 Tony Romo - Biggest Romo fan/defender here, but he needs to start playing better and soon. I was disappointed the hear that his back was really affecting him after the first game, and I'm sure with the hits he took the second game was no different.

#2 Offensive line - They are run blocking pretty well, but their pass blocking is leaving a lot to be desired. They absolutely need to step up. I was one of the most vocal supporters of the concept of drafting high for offensive line, but they seem to have drafted players predominantly capable of run blocking as opposed to pass blocking. It's working for now, but when we play teams with legitimate quarterbacks, we're going to need our passing game to keep up.

#3 Morris Claiborne - The guy just sucks, sorry. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a player who has played for the Cowboys after having such high hopes. Only player that comes to mind is Drew Henson and I still think Parcells set him up to fail.

#4 Pass rush - It's been non existent so far. The good news is Spencer is supposed to return soon, so at least we can see what he has to offer. I hope DeMarcus Lawrence can return to form when he is eligible. I also think that it is time to see what Michael Sam can offer this defensive line. QBs are getting all day against us.

#5 Safeties - Our inability to stop the tight end is unacceptable, and yes, I know this is a problem that most teams in the NFL are probably having, but Delanie Walker shredded us Sunday, and Vernon Davis did last week. Marinelli needs to figure something out here.

At this rate the Saints are going to destroy us. We have a lot of winnable games on our schedule. And if not for Romo we're 2-0 right now. There are a lot of reasons to be excited about this season still, but we need to see some things change pretty soon, otherwise this is going to be a long and unfortunate season. We should be able to win at least 7 of our next 9 games.

I wouldn’t blame all the sacks on the OL. Some of those were coverage sacks. If anything Romo was being extra careful not forcing unnecessarily after the int-fest the previous week. Romo took some of those sacks to protect the ball.

Such a horrible comparison.. a guy considered to be the best CB of his draft. A guy we traded multiple picks for.

And Henson. A guy who sat the bench behind Brady at Michigan. Really?

I think it was the other way around with Brady behind Henson. And Mo did play well yesterday

O

1. Romo - I'll say what I've been saying on here for 2 years. He needs to get serious about weight training in the offseason.
2. Witten - Looks slow, still mental errors.
3. T. Williams - Needs to play more physical.
4. Free - Wake up. I don't think the Cowboys mind bringing you back next year but you can't be getting the QB killed.
5. Dunbar - Ryan Williams runs with more passion.

D

1. Claiborne - Make a play my man.
2. Wilcox - Needs to be more cerebral.
3. Wilber - Locks on a OT like magnet, in danger of getting cut soon IMO.
4. Selvie - He might be hurt but he's not showing same passing rushing ability as last season.
5. Hayden - Wears down as the game progresses.

I thought Mo played very well yesterday outside of the miss tackle. Even at that Walker is a big dude and Mo hit him pretty good. I think you're being a little touchy on this.

The rest I agree with

Yes, but with O coming back, and Sterling Moore beginning to make a splash, he'd better step it up or he's going to from starter to 4th on the depth chart. When O gets in game shape, he'll probably supplant Mo on the outside corner. And, I don't think Mo can play the slot better than Moore (Mo has small/weak ankles, which prevent him from re-directing w/o falling). Unless Dallas is ready to bring him in for the nickle, and move O to slot and let Mo play corner. That may work, but it would still be a drop to 3rd string.

Two back surgeries in two seasons.

Oscan is in Football shape he's missed 2 weeks. You're assuming that Mo is getting benched and IMO he's done nothing to warrant that and played a very solid game last week. Moore will be the 4th CB don't get to far ahead of yourself

One of Romo's weekness's is not throwing away the ball , he takes too long that lead to some sacks ,in the last two games his mobility is not there at times he ran right into the hands of the sackman , lol
( another big weakness is throwing a good fade in EZ)

He is what he is and not going to change, hope he can take those extra hits and survive

Romo looks like he is in physical decline. Witten ditto, hope Escobar steps up. Free is a goner. Wilcox has miles to go, if he ever gets there. In fact if everybody you list on D were to get cut tomorrow, it would not bother me in the least.

It wasn't a comparison.

Scandrick always plays the slot in the nickel. Regardless of who starts he will be in the slot

2 Sacks were on Free sucking and 1 Sack was on Leary whiffing badly.

Claiborne did what he was supposed to do, shut his man down. He doesn't suck.

Oline is one of the best in football, sit back and enjoy. They will only get better.

Wilcox has been a little disappointing, but I haven't given up hope. If he hasn't progressed by the end of the season than maybe they do need to look for someone else.

Romo needs to improve no question.

Saints should be just as worried that they are going to be run over by this run game. If Dallas doesn't turn the ball over they can beat them.
