I wouldn't mind seeing the Cowboys pick up Andy Dalton. I think he would be a good backup after developing a couple of years. In the mold of Jason Garret. He is smart, can play under pressure, a gym rat and a perfectionist.

Of course, you can't have McGee and Dalton on the same roster. Plus, I think there are positions of need out there that could end up being starters later on that will draft in the same range. For that reason alone, I wouldn't draft Dalton. I just couldn't give up a possible future starter for someone I think will be a career backup. (although a good one)

From the looks of early list we might just continue to throw ****e against the wall at FS to see what sticks.

Keith Davis? No. Next.

Justin Beriault? No. Next.

Ken Hamlin? No. Next.

DeAngelo Smith? No. Next.

Alan Ball? No. Next.

Forgot Tony Dixon and Lynn Scott.

Pat Watkins?

There was also some scrub BP brought in from KC who went to VT.

Painful.

Oh yeah. We interviewed my pet cat, Eastern Washington RB, Taiwan Jones:

He's got a history of nagging injuries, including a foot that kept him out of the FCS Championship game and prevented him from running at combine. He'll drop to the back half of the draft. Fastest, most explosive player in FCS without question and his running style reminds me of a blend of Felix Jones and Dorsett. Not the bruiser RB we think we need but I'd rather get a FB that can run and replace Choice or Barber with another home run hitter. Risk/reward pick who, based on what I saw, will absolutely outplay his draft position if he can stay healthy:

Taiwan Jones looks like he's playing Madden on rookie. He is just on another level than those defenders
