So, there is a thread for players who "don't do it for you". So, naturally, let's do the opposite here. Who is a player or who are players that do not get nearly enough attention or recognition for their abilities?

I'd start with Brad Anger. Special teams is important. Not every drive is going to result in points. It'd be nice, but that's not possible in the NFL. So, having a top punter is key to flip field position and give our defence more room to use. Brad Anger does this very well.

Ferguson

Shoulda rolled with him as the starter instead of spending a 2nd on another TE.

As a rookie he was comparable to Franchise TE Schulz. Of course, Schulz didn't live up to the tag, but that Ferguson was already at that level as a rookie projects to a very good starting TE through his rookie contract.

Maybe he'd get more love if his name was correct. It's Bryan Anger.

Of course, the fact that you spelled his name wrong probably shows he needs more love.

Thank you sir for the opposite of the negative thread you are referring to. My guy is LVE. The guy has come alive under Dan Quinn’s tutelage. It all came together for him about mid-way last year when he turned it on. Hoping he has a healthy and productive season.

I think Zack has gotten too much love, which is probably why he’s looking for more money.
And I think if he actually did sit out for a few games fans might learn to love him more.

He is that important to what the Cowboys are trying to do. Cowboys management has confirmed this by claiming they don't need a top prospect to complement Pollard due to the superiority of their offensive line.

I don't think they envisioned Josh Ball when making those statements.

Definitely, and it should be fun watching him this season

I meant Bryan, but I was very tired when I wrote this thread at about 11 pm lol

LVE certainly fits here.

I'm completely on board with this. LVE is underappreciated. The defense wasn't the same without him on the field last year.
