Players yelling @ Wade after the game

They were yelling for Wade to call a timeout, and when Wade finally called the timeout the referee didn't give it to him. The players were gassed and wanted a time out to catch their breath. Hamlin was yelling at the referee for not giving them the timeout.

are players not allowed, by NFL rules, to call timeout anymore? Why would they need Wade to call timeout? Unless they were asking him to give them the "ok" to call the timeout?

give me a coach like jimmy johnson that worked the players in the heat and got them ready for game time; the cowboys sure werent gassed in the 4th quarter;

wade has learned some things the last few years
1st, special teams do matter
2nd youve got to play rbs like choice, barber & felix not sit them on bench
3rd you cant treat these players like professionals, you have to work them

but its sad when a coach that has coached for 30 years hasnt learned that by now.

now all wade needs to do is have the players at least once a week in practice, training camp hit and tackle in practice; let the chips fall where they may, sometimes players to get hurt, but you have to have players ready to go and be fully geared to hit and hit back and be in shape so he wont be gassed in 4th quarter

chuck noll worked his team that way, don shula worked his team that way; jimmy johnson worked his team that way, parcells worked his team that way
lombardi worked his team that way

Now, lets see
Noll steelers won 4 superbowls
Shula dolphins won 2 super bowls
parcells giants won 2 superbowls
Lombardi won 2 superbowls
Jimmy cowboys won 2 superbowls with a championship in 95 with team built

so yes, working the players in heat, hitting and tackling and working out, works;;

I still remember Wade saying "I will not overwork this team". No kidding Wade.

I also remember Wade saying "I don't expect any more from you than you expect from yourself". What in the world is that supposed to mean?

This sounds plausible.

I'll be honest with ya, your not the first person I heard this from. I have also heard from several people that Jerry let lose with profanity laced verbal lashing at no one in particular and his last quoted words were "This is unacceptable"

Now I doubt I'm going to hear the same BS story from 3 different people that are in no way related but unlike the media I'm not going to throw it out there as fact unless it can be verified.

do u blame Jerry for his reaction if this was true? I don't, can u imagine if u were in Jerry's shoes and u had to endure that game last night..........

He brought it on himself.

Wade? Really? And then to keep him after last year.

QB? Not one decent QB drafted in over 20 years. We're settling for an erratic former undrafted free agent.

Jerry should just cuss himself out.

thats part of the problem, Hamlin is pointing fingers at other players, but what has hamlin done since last year and the first 2 games this year. Nothing!

Hamlin should look at himself first!

It seems all our freaking safeties can do these days is point fingers. Our secondary sucked... Play zone when there is 52 seconds left in the game and all you need is a FG to win...unfu*** believeable.

Garrett gave this game away. We averaged over 8 yards per carry, but he just couldn't resist getting all pass happy. Want proof? Here you go.

Run/pass ratio on our drives.

4 TD drives? 21 runs, 10 passes.

8 other drives that went nowhere (1 got a FG)? 8 runs, 20 passes.

This ain't rocket science people. 2-1 run ratio and we score touchdowns. 2-1 pass ratio and we fail.

Garrett is a freakin idiot. So is the head coach. How come the 2 of them can't recognize what is happening on the field and adjust the playcalls accordingly, when I can see what is happening sitting at home watching on TV?

8 yards per carry! 8 YARDS!!!! Our O line was beating them when we ran right at them. I was yelling at the TV the whole game . . . RUN THE FREAKING BALL GARRETT!!!!!

I seriously hope that Ken Hamlin is gone after this year... The guy isn't worth that contract Jerry gave him!

Kind of puts into perspective all the claims of, "But we were perfectly 50/50 run/pass!"

Yeah those numbers don't look good at all.

I didn't think Garrett called a bad game but looking at that its hard to wonder if he should have went run heavy.

Tomlin had his players hitting in camp

Not a Wade basher but I thought he lost the team last year, when Romo blew him off when he wanted to punt in the Eagles game. I thought then and there, this has to be Wades last game.

If true, Jerry needs to get rid of Wade.

If Wade has lost this team to the point where they yell at him because they don't like his calls, its over.

Its a shame. Jerry and Wade are wasting GOOD PLAYERS PRIMES right now with this camp cupcake/Jerry selling Jerry World nonsense.

Whatever works right...........

If thats the case, and it sounds legit...thank you camp cup cake.

Jerry should be verbally abusing himself, eventually this all comes down to him not wanting to give up control and therefor hiring a weak HC.

that is what was talked about on the postgame. I have not heard nor did I see anyone yelling at the coaches in the manner described.

Nothing like all the old hens around here taking some random rumor, misinterpreting it, and then blowing their misinterpretation totally out of proportion and into a 4 page thread.

Absolutely.
If the choice were between Hamlin and Wade, I keep Wade.
That is how worthless Hamlin has been.
