Deion Sanders does not need the Dallas Cowboys. Get over it. No one cares you’re sick. And no one here cares about the Commanders and Eagles. Irvin, you can afford a professional hair stylist. Part with a few dollars. And stop saying “we” in deference to the Cowboys. You are not a member of the Dallas Cowboys organization. How the hell does Caitlin Clark get in the conversation?

I saw that and my first response was “I love Irvin”. The emotion and frustration was nice to see. First Aikman said this isn’t a coveted job and now Irvin went nuclear. Finally people are not pandering to Jerry. This is what we’ve been wanting. Media people hitting Jones with truth and not holding back. Irvin hit it dead on tho. The stuff about commanders and Eagles and losing the title of America’s team was meh. What Irvin nailed was the comparison between Sears and Amazon; blockbuster and Netflix. That was gold right there. That was money. The game has passed Jerry by and he won’t adjust. There’s this thing called FA that Jerry just won’t engage. Also Irvin nailed it with the culture and the discipline issues. I hope Jerry hears that. I know he won’t change anything but if Irvin, the ultimate Cowboys fan, dropped bombs and displaying that much anger it has to signal to Jerry he’s losing fans. I never thought I’d see the day Irvin is screaming into the camera and cursing directly at/about Jerry.

When he said, "I don't know this man". He should have stopped right there. Dieon Sanders eliminated himself from consideration, so stop your moaning about him not getting the job. Playmaker is way past his prime in knowing what's what in the pro football world today. He sounds like a bitter old man these days. I don't like saying that because I'm his age.

Obviously you never watched him play …. I’ve never seen a player play with more heart than him… he is exactly right … the players are not held accountable and not to the same standards as when he played. If you don’t know … you don’t know

I don't think the players of today care about winning as much as they did back then. The sad thing, the last time the Cowboys were in an NFCCG, Irvin was starting!!

Fun fact. Netflix asked Blockbuster to team up back when they were small. Blockbuster told them to pound salt.

Agreed… but I think that was Michael’s point … get someone in here with the old school mentality when they were held accountable and had much more structure than now .. He believes Deion is that guy

All the issues with discipline and having the will to win come right from the top. And he's 100% right. I fully expect to continue being close to the top of the league in penalties the same way I expect Dak to continue to throw back breaking INTs in the heat of the moment. There's no accountability all around and you can't be great if you don't have the drive to strive to be great.

IMO this tells me just how much Jerry has changed......there was a time when his former player's voice ( especially HOFers ) meant something.
As stated before, I STILL think some personal issues are driving his decision-making now. The behavior we have seen over the past couple of years has been extreme, to the point of ignoring public embarrassment and fans' frustration. It's almost as if his decisions regarding the Cowboys are motivated not by winning but by protecting his family and money.
