What the hell is this, my fire must have gone out.:) let's see if I can find it menu again. I will be grilling some chicken and sausage along with some zucchini, asparagus and potatoes. This should help absorb today's bourbon content;)
Let's go Cowboys....Pluck the hawks :flagwave:

I jumped the gun, let's try this again.
Marinated and butterflied sirloin fajitas, grilled onions, mushrooms and zucchini. Side bowl of charro beans.
Go Cowboys!
What's on your plate?
I was fixing to PM you Ranching, been getting hungry all week .. lol
Keeping it traditional since its the post season...
Hot Wings and Jalapeno poppers.
Breaking out the 20 yr old bottle of Bunnahabhain single malt scotch for this special day.

Just had to update the game day menu,, Wife doesn't like the spicy stuff as much as I do, so being the loving, caring, adoring... shall I continue, I think not,,,,,
so Im adding a nice healthy arugula salad to the menu....ugh...boring.. hope the wife doesn't read this.

Son taking me out to lunch. Get back in time for the early game.
Haven't decided where to go yet. Easiest place is Cheddars or Applebee's.

Though we may go Italianni's. Pretty good Italian place with a decent atmosphere. A lot of room to relax and great service. Or used to be. I haven't been there for a few years.

getting my hair cut in a little while, then doing my "chores" to clear away all obstacles before kickoff - I will be thinking about game day meal ALL DAY (oh, the pressure!)

I haven't had pizza in at least 6 to 8 months so today might be the day
(Mrs Pants and our daughter can't have it so I don't get it in front of them - gluten free and folic acid free people, try to find pizza with BOTH of those issues)

Going easy today. Having to work on the old septic tank. Normal rain fall in my area is 47.4 inches annually. As of Tuesday we are at 75.6 we can not flush now.

Anyway, Pork chops and mac and cheese. Beverage will be salted Carmel Crown with apple juice.

Tomorrow is Women's (or Little) Christmas, so naturally that means my wife isn't doing squat all weekend. The only thing I'm half decent at is grilling, so I bought us some rib eye to go with a couple of baked potatoes. If she wants any weird green food, she's on her own.

Looks like it's going to be a great day for being outside.
