Randy Moss tells the story of his first team meeting. It goes something like: Coach B starts the film and just lays into Brady play after play. Brady just looks like a kicked dog and agrees he's got to get better. Moss knew if Beli would do that to Brady, no one was safe. Got his attention. Hard-*** coaches wear on teams as much as the team leaders allow. If the leaders are okay with it, the coach never sees the doghouse.
