2 GB loses starting tonight versus NO and Carolina, then the big Viking/Bears game next week and we can call it a day on the NFC North and should be able to declare one of them. In which I'm angling for the Bears to take it. I'd much rather go to the Windy City then to Minny or Green Bay, even though a Dallas/GB game in the playoffs I'd have a good chance of going to.

GB will win tonight.

Man the more and more I see this stuff the more and more the St. Louis loss and the Arizona loss just kills us.

*nods* I hope so. But, again, now I'm starting to get ahead of myself. They need to win this week or none of this matters anyway.

Carolina sucks man! I have no clue how they are 8-3 but what a joke of a team. Commanders will lose again. Then we're right back in it. Commanders maight lose 2-3 times same goes for the Panthers. Anyone else doesn't matter.

Not if Brees can crack that defensive secondary apart and keep Woodson quiet. Without that defense making 75% of the plays for GB, their offense sucks.

Either way, I don't see Rodgers mentally making it through this season. He's breaking and pressure just keeps rising. Especially now with Jet Favre doing so great in NY. And physically he just looks ill. I almost question possible drug-use based on his diminished demeanor as this season has progressed. His eyes have gotten buggier, he's more pale and getting pretty skinny in the face inside that helmet. Personally I think someone (ala Favre before him) has been hitting the pain killers a little too much up in Green Bay just trying to stay on that field.

GB loses tonight, too big of a stage for the ailing Rodgers. My prediction.

Has there ever been a year where there's been so many 7-4 teams? My God, can you say parity?

Parity would mean you have a lot of 5-5, 6-5, 5-6 teams. Not 7-4 or 8-3.

This is the opposite of parity. You have a lot of good teams and a lot of bad teams.

I really think those NFC South teams are going to cancel each other out.

Still, Dallas can only really afford to lose 1 game from here on out.

And now we must hope that the Giants do their job against Division and Conference rivals

This may be a problem this week. Jacobs is still questionable on whether or not he will be able to play. And Burress is getting tests done on his hamstring to see if he may be out a couple of games.

I don't see the Giants winning without these two guys against Washington. If you really want the Giants to win this week, stay tuned to see if these two are playing.

And just to throw this out there for that schedule you posted, the Commanders/Ravens game has been flexed to 8:15 p.m.

the Commanders offense has been inept since they left Dallas in september. it didnt look much better yesterday.

the thing that scares me the most about the giants, like many great teams in the past they have overwhelmed people up front. they ahve not even really had to lean on their passing game, until yesterday.

The Commanders defense will hold the giants down if burress and jacobs dont play, but you can honestly say that wont be enough. The skins d could play great sunday and lose the game 13-10 because their passing game is just lousy and they can not protect campbell.

I am hoping the giants finish 14-2. If they do there is a good chance Dallas gets in!!

This is one reason why I absolutely HATE it when people say after a loss to a team that isn't as good as us "It's only ONE game...".....FCOL, that ONE GAME could be what keeps us OUT of the playoffs.
Mark my words....we'll either make or miss the playoffs by ONE game.

We have nobody to blame but ourselves for the loss to the Rams. The Cowboys were foolish to think that Brad Johnson and Brook Bollinger were serious candidates for a backup QB. When we had the chance to get a backup that could at least hold down the fort, we sat on our hands, and in the end, ended up going with two good ol' boys. But even with the ineptness of our backup QB's, there is no excuse to not be competitive against the Rams.

They will definitely have to do better than 2-2 in December. That won't cut it this year.

Why do you keep repeating that. They have two great RBs and they get yards out of them. They have a QB that can get them there. Their passing game is more than good and they have perhaps the best WR in the game who is always coming up with clutch grabs. And their D isn't too shabby either. It's why they are 8-3 even after the loss to Atl who are also real.

Because its true. The Atlanta game yesterday was no fluke. Yes, they have a great running game and a great stud WR....that's about it. That defense is really not as good as people think.
