Well, I guess one could say he is due back, but I wonder if he'll really be back or not. He sat out a huge division game against the Lions today. If they couldn't risk playing him today, will he really be good to go against us in 17 days, or in 10 days to play Atlanta?

He's throwing in practice, with no effects. The report was he's just not at optimal bone strength yet. I think chances are good he's in the lineup against us. Who knows for next week?

Honestly, the rest of that GB team is so bad, though. I'd sort of like to see us play them with him in. If nothing else, it should be a good game, if we continue to play well next week.

Bears will come out swinging. That will be a tough game. I'm less worried about the Packers. They are finished. Stick a fork in em.

With this team I don't know how they will play. I don't know who will play. But I do know they will play hard if not well. If they get Lee and Claiborne back then they may play well enough to win some games. So I have concerns about every game we play. I also have hope for every game. We'll see.

BTW: a friend of mine said he heard on ESPN that rodgers is coming back next week.

I think we all knew that. We have to be chicago or GB to win the division

Not necessarily. PHI doesn't have a cakewalk. Beating WAS and PHI does us a lot of good. If PHI drops even one game and we sweep the East, we'll get the nod. Beating CHI and/or GB would be nice, though.

Obviously, we want to go into the run playing as well as we possibly can, that goes without saying, almost. :)

I just hope it doesn't come down to the last game because I am not in the mood for not this season LOL

Not to be a Debbie downer but we were in a similar situation in 2011.

7-4 with 5 games left against all average to bad teams. We went 1-4 and ended up missing the playoffs with the 8-8 record.

With this team, I won't be convinced until we actually make it.

Yeah, same here. With that said we got to that 7-4 record because we had a cake schedule. We had a handful of easy games in a row. Our team wasn't that good at all. This year we are a "little" better. I really like our odds of winning the division this year and possibly winning one playoff game at home.

If this team wins two more games, it will make the playoffs by winning the division.

If we win the next three and the eagles lose one would the cowboys win the division before the last game. the cowboys would be 5-0 in the division and the eagles 3-2 the cowboys would have the tie breaker no matter if they would lose the last game and finish with same record?

yes.
dallas holds all tie-breakers over the eagles/nfce if dal beats washington no matter what the eagles do.

if dal is 9-6 entering the final game and eagles are 8-7, a philly win only matters to their wildcard standing.
same if we are 8-7 and they are 7-8 provided we beat washington.

I believe the Cowboys will play for the divison week 17 and I also believe the Cowboys are better than the eagles. I didn't think they would beat the skins last year but its a different year.

Cowboys just need one more win and a Cards win this weekend to be playing for the division. I don't think that's too much to ask.

If we can beat the Bears then we should definitely win the division because the eagles are going to lose 2 out of these 4 games

Arizona, Detroit, Chicago, Minnesota

if we can beat the bears i think the odds are in our favor to clinch before the last game. i think the eagles will lose 2, maybe 3 of those games. beating the bears would be huge for us

The eagles will lose this week and next week. So hopefully we can beat the bears. But I don't know if we can or not.

Chicago and Green Bay don't look so tough in their current state, but nothing is a given. I would love wins over both of them.

Chicago is equally inept on defense, so that game could be a shoot out.
