Playoff status

10-6 is starting to look very likely. Bears just got blown out by the Rams. Even if Rodgers plays for Green Bay, that defense is looking atrocious. Then we got the Commanders and Eagles who we handily defeated in our last visits. Sunshine pumping? Maybe so, but it sure does look good on paper right now.

I think we make the playoffs @ Was, and we'll finish the year 10-6. Does anyone know what seed we get if we finish 11-5? Because that's a real possibility if we take care of business against Chi and GB.

I don't think we'd finish 11-5 but if we did, we'd likely be the fourth seed with a chance of the third seed. Saints and Seahawks are likely to get byes. Lions and Saints hold tiebreakers against us. Lions have a weak schedule. They would need to go 10-6 for us to get the third seed with us at 11-5.

Cowboys would be likely to face the Panthers in the playoffs.

The Packers may be eliminated before the game with Dallas. That team could quit, or choose to sit Rodgers the rest of the year in that case.

Maybe. The tie killed them. They do however play the dead Falcons with Rodgers likely back. Run the table and they could sneak in.

We control our own Destiny. When you start relying on other teams to lose, you've already lost. Win and we are in is all this team should be thinking about.

I just ran playoff machine on espn. I had Cowboys at 9-7 losing to Bears and Packers but winning their last two.. Packers won div. at 9-6-1 > 9-7 so they got third seed.

At 11-5 I would have to think the 3 seed. A 2 seed is probably out of reach right now.
