To me, it looks like the gameplay hasn't changed one bit. EA needs a competitor with football games because they are the only ones in the market! They get away with using a sub par engine every year. An engine like Euphoria would be amazing with a game like Madden. Back Breaker used Euphoria but they also had no licensing or a budget anywhere near what EA has.

This was made on current generation as well. STEP YOUR GAME UP EA!!!

Until they do, I will never purchase a Madden game.

They also need to do more with their franchise mode. That means just as much to me as the game play, which I know has it's flaws but I am quite happy with the way it plays.

EA does need competition. I think it's a joke that they had to settle for pushing other games out of the market and then they were granted exclusive licensing rights.

One thing I think that game does, like most football games, is overemphasizes the movements. EA does it too. The Juke is basically a slow jump move when it should be more of cut.

That video did look pretty cool but it reminded of the 2K series with the leg tackle forcing a fumble. :laugh2:

By far the best in the show in my opinion. Watch Dogs was also great.

Basically, Ubisoft killed it yesterday.

Also, Bungie is back in to their prime! Destiny will have the best multiplayer to come out of E3.

Kind of skeptical of Destiny.

Bungie really needs to put out something good after they basically tuned Halo into crap. Halo 3, ODST and Reach were all garbage IMO. Halo 2 stands as the pinnacle of the series and I think Halo 4 is right after that.......well, speaking of the multiplayer aspect anyway.

It looks interesting and I want to hear more about the "Live World" aspect but is it going to be a true a FPS multiplayer? Where you fight other people and not just coop the campaign? I think Campaign aspects will be solid but they've got some work to do with the multiplayer aspect before I have faith in them again.

Backbreaker was not a good game but it uses a very powerful engine. If you had EA's budget with euphoria or another more dynamic engine Madden could be something special.

I think Destiny looks great. Here's something about the multiplayer form Wikipedia...

The game's style has been described as an always-online first-person shooter that will incorporate massively multiplayer online game (MMO) elements, but Bungie has avoided defining Destiny as being in-kind with traditional MMO games.[9] Instead, the game has been referred to as a "shared-world shooter,"[10] as it lacks many of the characteristics of a traditional MMO game. For instance, rather than players being able to see and interact with all other players in the game or on a particular server—as is the case in many conventional MMO games—Destiny will include on-the-fly matchmaking that will allow players to see and interact only with other players with whom they are "matched" by the game.

Sounds intriguing to me. I thought the gameplay from E3 looked good and can't wait for more information.

Looking at articles the Xbox fan-core boys are trying to defend the one saying it will have long term success over the PS4. I think the PS4 has won but moreso I think PC gaming is now making a comeback because of all of this.

I was looking at PC parts and for about 1700 dollars you can have a good gaming rig.

I built a game rig for $600 dollars that will play about anything out there if you do not need the latest and greatest thing on the market and I have liquid cooling . It is all about what you buy most games are written to work with older hardware so having the top of the line system it not necessary.

Then again that is the beauty of PC gaming you have flexibility in price.
