Please stop complaining!

That wasn't even supposed to be a close game. A lot of you act like this is the same loser Cowboys team. If you can't tell the difference between this years team and the Garrett years, please seek help.
it was a great enjoyable game till the non call but that didnt nullify the rest of a great way to start the season
boo birds well do what they do

The Cowboys could go undefeated for the rest of the year, win the Super Bowl, sweep all the post-season awards and there would STILL be "fans" saying "but against Tampa we didn't xyz."

Is the complaining that what we saw last night is no better than what we did last year annoying? Sure.

But those are "special" people. It's better to ignore "special" people, especially if they are being REALLY "special".
we lost.

Hey fella you came at me with your dreck.

I came at YOU with “dreck”?!? A few were whining about ‘same old Cowboys’, and I merely disagreed, giving viable reasons to be optimistic, TRYING to dispel the doom-n-gloom eternal winter around here, and you returned volley with “you moral victory guys crack me up”, like people who point out the positives are gullible, misguided fools.

Apologies bro, but I’m mere to enjoy this, and I treat it as a diversion, which to me means being optimistic. Some are too serious, like it’s their job, like they actually have some kind of influence, and are perpetually miserable. Just my opinion. People do that here—trade opinions. No need for malice, okay?

With the exception of complaining about the kicker, the most fans are complaining about losing the game. There is no such thing as moral victories and fans have every reason to complain after a loss.

Of course! No one likes to lose. But when people come here to escape, the nonstop angst kinda dampens the enjoyment factor.

They held up pretty good against the SB champs and brady. A missed FG cost us in a close game. Let’s see how we bounce back. Our Defense needs to improve and for sure our ST. Our Offense looks pretty good. But we have to check out our running game. Never really tried it. If we have a good run game also then we will give teams fits with a balance attack. We should not have Dak throwing 50+ times every game. But if it wasn’t for a Lamb letting a catchable ball go through his hands then Dak would have escaped with no picks. Our Defense did create some turn overs but had no pressure which surprised me a bit.

Maybe it is just me, but losing the game dampens the enjoyment factor more than anything. If I didn’t know better, I would think that the Cowboys just won a playoff game from reading some of these posts. Winning would solve all of the complaining.

I did my ranting on game night, then moved on. We all hate to lose, but many are encouraged because the team looks better. We lost because a kicker coming back from offseason surgery had a bad night. Kinda flukey. We weren’t dominated.

I really am encouraged.
Then I look at the final score, and, between the ad hominems and eminems and hosannahs for this snakebit team,
Gospel_Choir_Photo2014_26672_0_4435_0.jpg

It is now 0-1 and no other way to make it. We march down the field for a FG and take NO TIME off the clock and give Brady 1:24 to score?
Fuhgetaboutit, chaps. This is no way to win. THINK!
THINK!
Mikey! Old fellow, old chap, in your obese mind, a cowardly FG wins it.

Mikey, You have a lot of confidence in your D to hold back Brady, Gronk et. al for 1:24 ?
Fuhgetaboutit! Not smart football, blokes.

Yet ... Godwin interferred with Jourdan Lewis late in the game...Lewis was mugged! Sometimes I am miffed at the refs!
