They played one hell of a game last night. If they play like that all year, Dallas will win a LOT of games. Anyone who knows what they’re seeing can tell that.

The people complaining about last night just like to complain, I think.

They lost, which sucks but how you play matters and says a lot about the team and coaches. They were good.

Dude, I wish I could triple like this post lol. I have already seen multiple people complaining about "Same 'ol cowboys team", "Jerrah this, Jerry that", "Woe is me" and other sad Eeyore(Winnie the Pooh) type comments that is normal here. No offense to Eeyore lol.

A lot had of fans and sports pundits either said that the Cowboys had no chance or had the Cowboys getting blown out. And it came down to the last drive for Brady, where there was a questionable Non call on what many see as Godwin committing OPI.

Garrett did not win most of his first games of the season (please see the Landry Era regarding 1st games of the season wins). Garrett would try to throw his way out of a 7 or less point deficit with a All Pro/Pro Bowl RB on the team. Garrett was the OC that killed Winnie the Pooh/Son of a Bum. Garrett teams could not close out games against good teams (offense and defense which is playoff caliber teams). Jerry Dumbo GM Jones still hires Jason Garrett to be his puppet Head Coach.

I see no difference.

You can comment about the team being better in this area and that area while still complaining about some areas.

No one outside of Cowboys Homerville gave them a chance to even be competitive last night. Lots things to build while acknowledging the need for a better kicker.

Who said it wasn’t supposed to be close? The line was 9 which is nothing for a SB champ vs a 6-10 team. You moral victory guys crack me up. Just admit it is a loss and Dallas should have won it. They are 0-1. It sucks. Now next week, another road game, is a must have. How many times through the recent years has Dallas missed the playoffs by 1 game? They needed to close it out last night and couldn’t. That’s the reality.

They played a great game and Dak was brilliant as always.

There are some negatives but after last year I get why no one wants to hear them today.

I mean sure the offense played beautifully minus any running attack which I seem to remember dominant Cowboy teams in the past ran the ball and didn’t give a damn what defensive front or linebackers were across the line. It keeps Brady off the field when your chewing up clock . Hopefully against The Chargers more balance which should lead to a better defense.

And isn’t this latest NFL spaceship climate controlled antiseptic , the D shouldn’t get gassed playing inside the Chargers bubble. The way McCarthy was talking Tampa weather after the game I thought they played in the Everglades.

Talking about complaining I like it when the refs swallow the whistle and stay out of the picture. That was a good no call OPI when Jourdan Lewis fell back doing his best LeBron James imitation . DB’s and receivers are going to tangle unless it’s blatant move the chains and go on .

One could argue that offensive penalties stopped drives, the kicking game was a disaster, and Mike had questionable judgement on the 60 yard field goal attempt that should have given Tampa 3 more points.

But the good is that Dak is 100% And I liked that Moore coming into the game with a plan to beat Tampa rather than using zeke as a battering ram all game.

On a side note, I never wanna to see the NFL commercial to promote football again this season. On game pass they played the same commercial after every possession change, every end of quarter, and scoring drive! Good thing we can skip it by jumping ahead in the game!
