No, you wrote that it's "put up or shut up time" for Jordan Love when it's his first season starting. That makes no sense whatsoever.

Justin Fields is going into his 3rd season starting and he has not looked good in his two seasons starting. This is a do or die season for Justin. Your "put up or shut up time" would be more accurate being attached to Justin Fields.

However ,unlike Fields, there is a lot more pressure to succeed because of the legacy of good qbs like Rodgers and Favre that he will be compared to. It’s not fair….but it will happen

I'm not saying that J-Love needs to be afforded 2 years of sucking like Justin Fields has. That is not what this is about. Justin and Bears fans can continue to make excuses for him. No one cares. But the Bears franchise itself will move on if Justin has a third season of not looking like a good QB. Do or die season for Justin indeed.

My point is that saying it's "put up or shut up time" for Jordan Love is totally senseless.

Jordan isn't trying to be nor expected to be Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers. He is expected to be Jordan Love. A QB that has developed for the last 3 years under a 4-time MVP. A QB that has mastered the offense and is ready to play. A QB that has a good coaching staff and roster supporting him. The sky is the limit for J-Love. J-Love is in the perfect situation in Green Bay to have his own successful career.

Is it September 10th yet?

Yeah, that can be said for Fields. Love needs this entire season to see how he improves. The tools are supposed to be there. We will see.
Actually I will throw Herbert in there as well. Though he has improved and "put up" but needs to do more.

I wasn't aware that only Cowboys fans could comment here. Yeah, I don't need to hear from the fake Giants fan that says he is welcomed here. That is a Cowboys fan pretending to be a Giants fan.

I post on several NFL forums of other teams and am welcomed 100%. Never had an issue before. Was not aware that SOME here will cry about any outside perspective. Was not aware that those here would not be able to handle comments that are not totally biased towards the Cowboys. Every other fan base and forum welcomes other perspectives.

I will go...enjoy your little safe place where no one challenges your Cowboys slurping.

Speaking of Packers, can we all agree that Lambeau field only gets rated so highly because it was built during the civil war? That place is a dump.

Going to defend this. Lambeau is incredible. If that place is a dump then God only knows what kind of place you rate highly. I will say before all the renovations it was not much, but since 2005 that place is incredible.
