6 game suspension coming. All the more reason to move on. Cut him. Take the hit.
I doubt Dak will be immediately suspended when the purported sexual assault occurred in 2017 and it is unproven. The NFL legal staff will be looking into this though.

Every day an extension is not signed becomes a day of HOPE.
Now about the Rape thing let justice be served.
That's all for now Batman!
Please please please have the conversation with Dak and trade. Even if Dallas has to eat some of his salary in a trade it will benefit the team in the long game. Especially if they can get a guy like Nix

The faceless Facebook poster is one of the lawyers that posted on Facebook that “Dak is garbage and needs to be held accountable for his play on the field”. Fish stated he’s a Cowboys troll on social media. Not a good look for an attorney who sent a letter to Dak for 100 million dollars. More than likely this lawyer will not be practicing much longer due to his unethical conduct in this case according to Fish.

What we have to worry in this case is what the police investigation will uncover and what Goodell decides to do. Goodell is so unpredictable that, like Zeke, Dak can be completely exonerated but still get suspended. So now we play the waiting game to let due process happen and hopefully Dak is innocent and Goodell doesn’t get power hungry. I don’t trust Goodell regardless of the what the investigation uncovers. Zeke’s investigation uncovered he was innocent and bam 6 game suspension.
Meanwhile, other players did far worse (likely actually did crimes) and got less….

Maybe the 'real' evidence is not fully disclosed in the initial letter -- either as a continued upper hand negotiation ploy, or the alleged victim has not fully disclosed/revealed the real evidence to her attorneys.
Highly doubtful. That's just not good strategy. The whole point of the initial letter was to get money from Prescott in exchange for her silence. If they had good evidence, then that's when you want to put the fear of God into him.
