The combination of both is what makes them good. If you isolate one or the other you take away from that.
Julius had an excellent game against a very good DL. By the time Barber came in the defense of Carolina was worn out but that does not take away from the simply amazing running ability of Barber.
The play at the goal line where he was hit rolled and got the first was amazing. To top that off the touchdown sweep was one of the finest pieces of running I have seen.

i wanna see barber start a game to wear down the Defense then have JJ go in to "mop" up the opposing team

I love it exactly the way it is right now........as long as it continues to work. Barber is a great guy to have fresh in the second half with his bulldozing style of running when defenses are tiring. If anything else I'd say work JJ in the first half and Marion in the second half. Flash & Crash. 1, 2. Zip, Boom.

Jones is my favorite, but I'm loving Barber as well.
3rd and 8 from the Carolina 13 late in the game, Barber bulls over a defender to pick up the necessary yardage for the 1st down... and seals the game on the next play. Just awesome.

I hate to do it but Barber. He just seems so complete and hits the whole with such agression. He has very good moves as well and finishes a run like a RB is supposed to. I love them both though.

JJ doesn't seem to bring much to the table as a part timer, so I like him starting because he's got the quicks and speed, getting better.
But I have to admit that I love the physicality that Barber brings to the game that JJ doesn't have...but who knows if he'd have that or sustain it if he played more...I have to say I loved the way he ran through and over people last night.
He's definitely the best guy to have in on any short yardage plays and on the goal line as he blocks and gives that extra receiver option.
Last night he seemed to run more instinctively and make sharp, hard moves on the run better than any other time I've seen him...last night was the most excited I've been about Barber.
