One thing that never ceases to amaze me is the fascination by some naming sports franchises with venomous reptile names. "Copperheads?" "Rattlers?" You have GOT to be kidding me!
True, "bulldogs, panthers and jaguars" are juvenille names, but they don't instantly inspire you to kill the mascot unlike copperheads, rattlers, etc. If a team ran out on a football field led by some guy in a snake outfit, my first thought would be to grab a big stick and beat him to death with it.iceberg;2008328 said:you mean they'd never dive into high school names like bulldogs, panthers and jaguars?
