Poll: TO should go or should stay

Apologies to glorydaysrback but I'd like to see an actual poll on some issues related to TO.

Should he be released or retained? That's it for this one.

Did you go to school in Farmers Branch?
What kind of response is No keep him ?

Do you not know the worth of a comma?
No keep him sounds vaguely like American Indian speak they used in TV in the 1950s.
Please, sir, adhere to basic punctuation!

How much is the question? Too much or just some internally? It's the players and coaches that matter. Not us but this poll will be interesting.

It certainly is interesting.

The knuckle draggers here seem to want to cut T.O.
And Danny Snyder is rubbing his hands in glee.
As are the Cardinals who want to add to their stockpile of ace receivers. and maybe the Giants want to replace Plaxico. Or Titans or Patriots.

Yes, cut our blue chipper. Cut our most prolific receiver, our mainstay just so Witten can breath easier.
What a bunch of prissy Zoners many have turned out to be.
And they are probably the same people who want to keep the Clown Wade Phillips.

it is clear that fans of TO want to keep him,,, and fans of the Cowboys want him cut. :laugh2:

Con......Big hit on cap space.

Pro....Free up lots of bandwidth on CZ!!!!

Final decision.... More bandwidth wins out!
(however, extra freed up bandwidth will most probably be eaten up by "See..Told you so...shoulda kept him" posts about a quarter way into next season).

me too i like Roy better than TO, but I still want him here.

If any receiver should be cut it's Patrick Crayton.

There's a guy that talks a whole lot and does real little.

I'd much rather see Austin in the #3 wide receiver spot, and see what he can do.

Heck, whether the Crayton is cut or not, that is probably what's going to happen this year anyway. Doubt he'll talk any less trash. ;)

Then those who are both fans of TO and the Cowboys, believe what Jerry says,,,, team chemistry isn't that important....

As the music group the Clash would say. If he goes there could be trouble and if he stay it could be double. :lmao2:

I was never for having him here. I didn't want T.O. to come to Dallas, and saw him causing problems from the get-go. Thanks for what you did while you were here, don't let the door hit you in the rear on the way out.

I'll never forgive or forget him dancing on our star. Thanks George Teague.

thanks for telling me how I feel.

Romo2owens4six,,, your feelings are obvious by your message board name....

I've been a fan of the Cowboys since '63,,, my loyalty is and will always be to the team and not a individual player.

Only person ever assoiciated with the Cowboys that I admired more than the team, Tom Landry. I admired him for what he stood for as a man beyond the football field.

so just saying I became a fan when T.O. came here..... NO.... I have been a fan since 79 so that don't work for me and I agree my loyality is to the team. I see your points, but those are your views about fans and it doesn't make them true..:)

Cut His Butt ASAP!!!

I did NOT want him here in the first place. I tried to get onboard with having him here after '07 and the early part of '08 seasons. But later in the year he turned out to be exactly what I was afraid of when we got him in the first place. He drops as many balls as he catches and whines about not getting the ball. If he would catch the ones thrown to him he would be getting plenty of balls. As it is he is a disruption and an annoyance.

Actually if they fire Wade and bring in a Shanny or Schottenheimer I'm all for keeping TO.

I just think its one or the other, because in Wade's Zone of Utter Blamelessness the antics of TO really thrive.

Why wouldnt we try to trade him?

Cutting someone of his value is mind boggling. You KNOW someone would offer picks for him.

The team won't cut T.O.

1) He'd hurt the cap space too much.
2)He is still a top Wide-out. On a down year he broke 1000yrds.
3)What other receiver do we have to fill the void?
4)If you thought the beginning of the year was bad, wait til you see RW11 not be able to get separation bc. he doesn't have T.O.
5)He's somewhat of a cancer, but has been improving over time. It would be nice for his demeanor to be like Fitz, but T.O. is a better receiver overall. (Fitz can jump, but that's about it).
6)Jerry Jones likes T.O. too much.
