Image: Pollack wasn't too happy with Randle

I actually was. REGARDLESS of the TD you can not be that careless with the ball.

how was he careless? he got the TD? did he lose the ball? NO, was there any doubt, no the call was reversed, if anyone shoudl NOT be calling out RAndel, is Pollack or Garrett, as of right now. That was baseless and piss poor of a piss poor referee crew

quote="RunDMC, post: 6323498, member: 38704"]Randle just isn't worth the headache. I'd say cut him if we hadn't lost Lance to a season ending injury.

Although I agree that Randle isn't really worth the headache he may be...I don't agree with simply releasing him. Not sure about the amount of years he has left on his rookie deal but I would try to move him in the offseason.

As an aside...Randle was one of the two players I said would be the breakout player of 2015 (Mo Claiborne was the other). Just for those that think I've been down on him as a player from day one. That isn't the case. I now believe he is merely a complementary piece and not a lead dog due to maturity and mentality.[/quote]

Well said indeed !! Might need to send the horsemen down to teach him a lesson !!!

I personally wonder why more rbs don't do this. It was LDT's patented move.

Randle is no LDT but 6 is 6.

Ball security. If you don't make it and get stood up, there's a good chance the refs won't be so kind with an early whistle, not to mention 16 hands with every intention of jarring the ball loose.

but when you get the TD, you got the TD, there was no issue with his move. He got lock stock and barrel and if anyone should be pssed it shuld be both teams at the refs.

I don't think I said the play is without risk.

But playing undermanned it is these kind of risks stretching for 6 that i'm ok with.

It was a careless ballerina act with 1 hand extending the ball. I like the guy, but that was risky **.

Love the look on Red's face. He should actually have the look Pollack has.

Garrett was plenty pissed, Pollack was just homicidal. He was the first coach to get in Randle's face when he came to the sidelines. Gary Brown, the RB coach, was killing furniture when it happened. The whole team wanted Randle's blood, that's how bad he screwed up.

Lol.

At this whole place.

You are all pretty.

No need to fight.

Rick is my all-time favorite !!!

is anyone really mad he scored for us, seriously? The only reason that was in doubt was because we are so paranoid. and Randle knew it was a td, how is that different from anyone else who crosses the plane?

I am. It wasn't like he made an outstanding play. He just risked the possession unnecessarily. Those are the kinds of plays that change games. Had the hit been a fraction of a second sooner, we'd be talking about him being the goat for the early part of the season.

Plus, he's not listening to what the coaches have explicitly told him. That's grounds for benching right there. It doesn't matter to me a bit if he scored that one time if I found out he can't be trusted to do what he's told the rest of the times he's handed the ball.

There are other backs on the roster at or near his level of ability. He has no leverage for pulling stuff like this.
