A RD2 comp pick in 2024.

I know what he did this yr was great, but unless he has Adrian Petersons DNA he's not going to be the same next yr. For me what makes this a easier want than most is Robinson and Gibbs. You get any of these 2 and you filled that hole, and you get 4 yrs on the rookie deal, and the 5th yr option. Then you can repeat if the production doesn't justify.
I thought the highest comp pick you could get was a third rounder?

Pay Pollard
There is not a single aspect about Robinson that shows he's anywhere near what these scouts are suggesting - probably one of the more overrated prospects in the draft this year. I'll put money on him being merely a good back in the NFL and not great.

You can get these RBs in the second or third round.
the David Johnson Stan talking about putting money up. Ok broke boy

I hadn't either but I know they had been given. Guess I'm wrong here.

But I'd take the 3rd too. Nomore big deals for rbs.
You'll take a 5th or 6th....cuz that's what he will get...assuming we don't sign a bunch of free agents.

People forget, you only get comp picks if you lose more than you sign.

So you can't hope for comp picks, AND hope Jerruh loads up on Free Agency.

It's one or the other.

You cant get a 2nd round compensatory pick. Those are given out by rule only from round 3 to 7.

Also i think it will be not possible to get a 3rd rounder for Pollard. Just because of the rules the CPs are set up. Its based on playing time, salary and postseason honors.

I’d take a 2nd rounder for pollard. He gets a few big runs and is otherwise average. He can’t handle 20 Carrie’s a game. Use that 2nd to get better in the o line , a corner or a explosive receiver.
