They did the same when they let go Demarco Murray. Well didn't resign him and stuck with dumb dumb Joseph Randle. They gambled on him and they lost. Rico should be the starter

That was truly pathetic. I feel like 90 percent of all runningbacks in college and pro wouldve scored on that playI'm so glad Dallas didnt resign Pollard long term, that wouldve been another huge mistake if he had been. That tackle by db at the half yard line was embarrassing. That play isn't getting talked about enough
Blaming Pollard is lazy.So many on here scoffed at the idea Pollard wouldn't be the same guy coming off a leg injury. I was told it was t that bad, clean break yada yada yada. He had potential but is just a jag now.
Did you watch the first drive when he couldn’t run it in from the 1 with a wide open half of the field?Since the bye week that isn't true. Like any other RB, he needs holes to run through.
The biggest problem is Ferg is in the way and Pollard runs right into him.
The OL has it's problems but Pollard does too. He had a chance to score and didn't put in the effort. That is 100% him at the most important thing a running back can do.Blaming Pollard is lazy.
Its the blocking.
He showed poor effort at the goal line today but our run game sucks because we can’t block well.
Has nothing to do with Pollard.
If he didn't stay so high he scores. He's not a goal line back..The OL has it's problems but Pollard does too. He had a chance to score and didn't put in the effort. That is 100% him at the most important thing a running back can do.
Good point. I thought Cooks should have cut it back inside on the play right before that. He may not have scored, but he might have. At the least he could have gotten a couple more yardsI'm so glad Dallas didnt resign Pollard long term, that wouldve been another huge mistake if he had been. Yeah I was like why is he so high? Like do we not teach the RB's to lower their shoulder? At the very least he should of tried to run to the pylon and take the contact and try to drag the DB in the endzone. Our RB's seams so weak. CB's always tackle them easily. If he didn't stay so high he scores. He's not a goal line back..
No vision. He cuts and runs right into Ferg smh. Him running into Ferg helped keep him from the endzone.Ferg was going for the block, he missed but that was just a weak attempt by Pollard, he got tackled high by the db and went down, no excuse
You mean the play I posted before this response from you? Where is runs into Ferg?Did you watch the first drive when he couldn’t run it in from the 1 with a wide open half of the field?

Or he could have thought he could get in just as he ran the play. There is no evidence to believe it's an example of anything. This play is a clear cut example of the quickness/explosiveness he has lost.
