The entire running game needs to be retooled, starting with the OL coach.

Tony was explosive last year, then he got paid and this year he's not even scary...
Tony got hurt and he admitted it took half the season before he felt right. And he needs holes to run through. The last few weeks he has looked good when given a chance.

Tony should've trusted his speed and ran to the pylon, that fact that he didn't is concerning to a degree.

Lol nah isn't a miss Zeke thread, Zeke has two tds on the season. Pollard has 5, this is just a glad we didn't give Pollard a long term contract. I'd still take Pollard over Zeke
No problem......then we have a RB that struggles to get himself in the endzone from inside the 5. And as for the numbers, it's when you get the yards. We can paint the Pollard picture anyway you want to. How about situational football?

Take the Pollard potential score along with the fumble on the first drive, and that's 14 points.

Make those two plays and any complaining by the officiating losing the game for the Cowboys would be a moot point and no one would say anything about it.

Officiating didn't cost the Cowboys the game, their play did.

He’ll be relatively cheap..

I can’t see him getting more than 5 million a year and he’s got a season or 2 before he’s done anyways like most RB’s.

Just keep drafting them though. There are stud RBs every year that just need opportunity.
Platooning RBs has been the smart choice for the past decade, but we like wasting 2nd round picks on players no longer on this roster rather than investing in the easiest position on RBs.

Remember when people got BLASTED for saying we need zeke (or zeke-like) and that pollard wouldn't be up to that task?

Where are they now? Little cowards.
Pollard is a very good gadget player. How dallas thought he was a #1 blasting RB and no need for anyone else is criminal.

Blame Hunter if you want. THAT was on Pollard. Tossed like a little rag doll at the half foot line.

Pollard is to blame. He is our lead back and star RB. Put that IN the endzone there is no talk of relying on a seldom used rookie.

Cooks should have scored on the run right before the Pollard play but he ran out of bounds instead of bulling into the endzone.

Another thing those 2 plays have in common: CeeDee Lamb would have scored on both of them.

Blaming Pollard is lazy.

Its the blocking.

He showed poor effort at the goal line today but our run game sucks because we can’t block well.

Has nothing to do with Pollard.
It has as much to do with Pollard as it does the OL, its not just one or the other.

Pollard is a all around threat so he’s a little bit more difficult to replace because he’s so good at everything.

I’m always down to draft a RB but the blocking up front is just so bad that I’d like to see them
Add to that unit.:

Something has to be done about run blocking.
every OL coach we bring in has his own scheme; and this one does not work

Not mad about the Cooks effort. But Pollard? What the hell was that?
