I have some issues with BP, namely the QB situation where we refuse to even attempt to bring in a young quality QB and instead waste away seasons with Vinny and Bledsoe.
But, I do think he's otherwise good for the organization and fear we will go back to the Gailey/Campo days with Jerry taking back GM duties.

But if Bill does leave, I'll be sick if he's replaced by Zimmer or Payton. We would immediately become the laughingstocks of the league again.

I really really hope BP stays. Cause these threads are a constant reminder that there aren't a whole lot of options out there

I say Al Groh. This guy have the same mentality that Bill have. He run the 3-4 defense in Virginia and know about NFL.

OK guys, I got the inside scoop.

Jerry Jones has been sighted with the new Cowboy coach and here is a picture of the two at a meeting.....

Les Miles

Sure-it WAS Saban's team he took over at LSU. But especially with all the events that happened in southern LA at the start of the season, Miles was largely why the Tigers did a brilliant job staying focus throughout.

This is one I'd like. Greg Williams would be good if only to pull Joe Gibbs' chair out from under him. The Commanders would immediately become a weaker team, if the salary cap doesn't take care of that for us.

Joe Paterno, just kidding.

I think Bill will coach next year, but I could be wrong. The next best scenario would be to bring Jimmy back, it seems kinda pie in the sky, but it's possible. It would be very interesting to see who Jerry hires.

If Bill leaves, which I hope he doesn't, here are some possible replacements in no particular order.

Ron Rivera - Defensive Coordinator, Bears
Gary Kubiak - Offensive Coordinator, Broncos
Tim Lewis - Defensive Coordinator, Giants

Belichek must be bored winning all those Super Bowls, maybe we can give him a project he can sink his teeth into.

j/k...

I don't have time to read through all these threads. Has anyone mentioned Urban Meyer @ Florida yet? Good offensive mind and a wiz w/ young QBs.

BP has totally been out-classed by Tom Coughlin and Joe Gibbs and Jerry put his ego on the line to bring Parcells back.

I think Jerry is upset, and I think BP is tired and embarrassed. Jerry gave BP everything he needed, and 3 years later, we're just a little better.

It's sad when we win more with Campo's talent than BP's talent. I say, BP packs it up and gets out.

Huh? Even in 2003, we had a much different lineup than Campo's 2002 team. To say that Gibbs and Coughlin have outclassed Parcells is ridiculous.

You mean the guy who was terrible in Buffalo?

For some reason, lots of coordinators, as brilliant as they are, fail as HC's.

Dom Capers is one of the bigger defensive minds in all of football-but WHY he gets HC jobs is beyond mystifying.

I like Les Miles he is a former Cowboy TE coach before he left to take over OK ST so he has coached in the NFL he made OK ST into a realy good team and even beat OK in Norman when they where ranked a top 10 team. He goes to LSU and does a brilliant job there is 1st season.

He is one of the college coaches I would not mind because he has coached at this level before

Because he took the Carlonia Panthers expansion team to the playoffs he seemed a good fit having done while at a previous expansion stop not like he suxed his entire HC career
