I'm not turning on them. I'm just accepting them for what they are. For years they always come up very small on the biggest stage. Like many of you, I thought this year might be different after the 6-1 start. Maybe it still will be, but after today I don't have much faith that they have what it takes. I figured the defense would struggle, but there's no excuse for the offense and apparent total lack of preparation.

So every other win were on the little stage?

Well there are some that feel romo may be a big part of that problem.

The thing is Garrett and romo have pretty much been married to each other for the entire time.

Difference is, Romo has won many games for us that we had no business of winning and JG has lost us many games we had no business of losing.

Without Romo, JG would have similar win/loss record as Campo.

So you give romo all the credit when we win and JG all the blame when we lose. Sounds fair.

Just looked at the tie breaker standings. If San Fran continues to free fall we have no shot at getting the wild card. We're currently tied with Detroit and Seattle but they each have a 6-2 conference record. We have a 5-4 conference record and we play Philly again. I don't see us getting the wild card unless we finish with a better record than one of those teams.

1st tie breaker is head to head thus we get in over Seattle . I don't expect anything less from the media though . Much of the information they're giving is inaccurate.

It's like who do you root for next Sunday(SEA @ PHI) if we win on Thursday in Chicago.

If Seattle wins they still remain ahead of us but we would be tied with Philly but they hold the tiebreaker edge and we would have a chance to control the division with a win in Philly the next week

OR

If Philly wins then we have a full game lead on Seattle but are still one game behind Philly in the division and even if we beat Philly they still hold the tiebreaker over us.

I'm sort of leaning towards wanting Philly to win because if we win the following week @PHI we will be is tied with Philly with 2 games remaining for each team and still be a game up on SEA. If we lose @PHI then the worst will be is still tied with SEA assuming they win at home against SAN FRAN. I just want to stay in front of SEA at this point because the likelihood of us and them being the only teams with identical records for the wild card is probably slim. For us to get in as a wild card, we need to go 3-1 or better while Seattle/Detroit goes 2-2 or worse and we would be in over both of them.

We pretty much are going to have to win out to have any hope of winning the division IMO. 3-1 could get it done but Philly would have to go 2-2 or worse with both losses or more coming in the division.

There's obviously still a lot of football left but we are going to have to get hot again to get into the playoffs. Going 2-2 or worse to go 10-6 will not get it done. We control what do from here on out. There won't be any backing in to get into the playoffs we have to win at least 3 out of the last 4 now. Winning at Chicago would be a good start.

No. I've criticized Romo plenty of times.

Three straight season ending losses with the division and the playoffs on the line and first place in the East with four games to go! Those are the big stage. All losses. I see quite a trend. If you don't, I don't know what to tell you.

Dallas will be better next time in Philly, I'm more worried about Chicago to be honest, really crappy matchup with those gargantuan receivers. If they can somehow steal one in Chicago, I could see them beating Philly at home.
