I dont agree

the ball was under control doesnt mean it would have been overturned called Catch if it doesnt move its allowed to touch the ground.

it HAS TO MOVE theres no true trap anymore thank dez rule etc they made changes its hard to tell they side on the on field call..it most likely NOT overturned
