Goddell seems to be in some trouble here. His big f up was not extinguishing the players actions from the first time they happened. His job is to represent the owners, last yr with the SF QB and this yr he really dropped the ball by being so wishy washy. I'm sure Jerry has had it between loosing $$ and the way the commissioner has treated the whole Zeke affair. Goodell could be on his way out it would seem.

Exactly, Goodell has his job and enormous paycheck because the league made a ton of money. Ratings are way down and the league is bleeding cash. A significant portion of that is because of the DV stuff that came out of the league's bundling of the Ray Rice situation and the current protests, which came out of the Kaepernick situation.

Goodell lived by the money sword and now he will die by the money sword.

We would be OK with DMC at RB, not great and nothing like Zeke - but still OK. He is a guy that has to have a certain number of carries to get in a rhythm and that is why he has been inactive. Morris is better as the guy getting 5 carries. But we wouldn't drop off a cliff if DMC starts.
