Your mom hates you

Is this supposed to make us feel better or something?

Im being honest. I think Washington will get back to respectability but not much more. Theyre extending the rebuilding process more than they have to

But Kolb looked good from what I saw. I think he might be one of the better young QB's

I think you can bet your *** they'll nab Earl if they want him, at this point. How depressing.

Kolbs still hasn't show signs of being a quality starting QB in the league.

The Eagles seem to think he will be the future but I will reserve my judgment till I see him play out a full NFL season.

He played pretty decent last year in McNabb's absence. They always liked him, so having the chance to have him season like Aaron Rodgers (not that he'll be the next Aaron Rodgers) was probably better than the alternative. They had no plans to extend McNabb anyway.

close this ******* thread.

Im gonna go ahead and guess you dont have any siblings

Heres Kolbs stats last year in his starts --------------

62 out of 96, 64.6%, 741 yards w/ 4TD's and 3 picks. In 2 starts.

He sucked against NO and killed it against KC.

Plus its a good situation having a guy sit 3 years.

:(

We were going to have to face Kolb sooner or later anyway, so why're you crying?

Nah, I just think hes a good prospect and they already have weapons in place.

Now throw in these picks and it should be easy for them to get Earl Thomas. It would only take their 1st and like a 4th. And they still have that Commanders pick and can package that and get Sean Witherspoon

I think Kolbs stepping into a nice situation

that could be 8-8. Anyone saying they would rather face mcnabb than campbell is a fool. Again, wacth how shanny puts parts around mcnabb to help him succeed like a consistent running game.

Like all the success he had in Denver with Plummer and Cutler? Yeah, he always had a good running game, but after Elway and Davis were gone, what did the Broncos ever do?

I agree that they're better with McNabb, and yes they have a better D than Denver did. But he doesn't have very good WR's, and if he's gonna have a consistent running game, it isn't gonna be this year.

Now watch the Skins beat us twice this year.

The draft picks is what bothers me, I know a lot of people hate McNabb but I think he's a pretty good QB. We were just a much better team than they were last year in the trenches.

I think if they're smart, they'll be using that extra 2nd rounder on linemen, rather than moving up for a safety.

Kolb has 3 picks to his 4 TDs and his "good" game came against the Kansas City Chiefs.

This thread must have been started for the lulz.

Okay, I think it is just me, but I am more fearful now of the Eagles than I was before, and less fearful of the Commanders. I don't understand how a select few of you EVERY YEAR are like "OMG REDSKINZ R CONTENDRZ THIS YR THEY WERE OFFSEASON CHAMPZ"

I still haven't seen it happen yet. Still.

Kolb is far scarier than McNabb at this juncture. Kolb showed flashes of greatness while he was on the field, and we've known what to expect from McNabb for years.

If McNabb couldn't get it done with that ridiculous pass rush D he had, his better-than-average line, the most versatile RB in the game, and the likes of TO in his prime, DJack, Maclin....it's not happening.

Who's he got? LJ, Santana Moss, and Malcolm Kelly?

What are your opinions? For me, it's that the Eagles got scarier, and the Commanders didn't.

Now I'm just fearful that we're going to see Eric Berry as a Commander and Earl Thomas as an Eagle.

Ugh. Romo better be dead on if they are both in-division.

Commanders are better. But they won 4 games last year. They won't win more than 8 this year. McNabb isn't that damn good.

The eagles get more draft picks, and they usually draft well. Its all on Kolb. If he is the real deal, they will still be a top contender in the division. But the truth is, none of us know. Mcnabb would beat you because he could scramble and burn you. Kolb can't do that.

The skins are taking the best OT on the board. Book it. Never in the history of the draft has there been a more sure thing than that.

Earl Thomas??? Who cares. Some of you UT homers completely overrate Longhorns. How many have stunk in the last 10 year? Correct answer?......the majority of them.

Can kolb handle the pressure of playing in that city, and coming behind the best QB in franchise history. That's the question.

Yes. Kolb will be fine.
