Jerry: Really encouraged at the way we played defensively. Impressed with Hardy and McClain.
Jerry says he doesn't want to discuss the possibility of a QB change right now. But the offense and the QB play has to improve.
Jerry, asked about a Week 7 return for Dez Bryant: "We'll see."
Jerry, asked if Cassel would be ready should the Cowboys turn to him in Week 7: "Yes." Adds that they're "a long way" from making that call.

Garrett said he will evaluate a quarterback change during the bye week
Garrett didn't think about making a qb change Sunday but will consider Cassel now

Jason Garrett said the team will use the bye week to determine the starting QB moving forward but never thought of changing to Cassel Sunday

Reading between Jason Garrett's lines, sounds like post-bye QB call will be based on if they believe Matt Cassell is ready to run offense.

We have nothing to lose by looking at a change. Inject the offense with some much needed enthusiasm. Receivers can also do their part more consistently and create separation. Overall, a few tweeks can get us by NY after the BYE. We can do this.

NY is a must win. Especially if NY manages to win tonight and their game vs Philly on Monday

Who is calling the shots around here?
Jerry? Stephen? Jason?

We got beat by an organization that wouldn't go into a season with Weeden as your only hope when Romo is older and fragile.

Absolutely a must win no matter what NY does in their next two games. This team needs as much confidence as possible moving forward.

Thanks for the summary. Teams have figured out our O, and it's apparent on the non dump off throws that Weeden doesn't have great timing with his receivers. Escobar & Williams on End Zone throws for example
