It seems like Tampa Bay is trying to get O.J. more involved in their offense. I wonder if our FO would be interested in Cameron Brate? He’s better than anything we have by far.

I don’t know that they would. I also don’t know that they wouldn’t. That’s why you explore possibilities. He’s a starting quality TE.

I like him but not his 6 year 40 million deal he signed this year.

That’s one of the reasons they might be willing to part with him. He’d give Dak a good, experienced target.

How is his contract structured? How much is guaranteed? The total amount is rarely relevant.

The key part of that is he’s only available to play about half the time.

Half is generous......he might play 12 games but 5 of those 12 hes only going to play 2 quarters

Its crazy they gave him that money, especially considering how high they drafted Howard last year. Howard even had a respectable rookie year

As I said, give it a few more games. They finally got Rico in last week. Not saying he is the answer. But they can't use every play for the TE's in the 1st few games. And it is a work in progress as are the WR's. Note I said progress, not process.
