Geez. I still can’t believe how trash Blue is.
Umm, what? The wait to release the QB is what Jerry did to Aikman and Romo.
I expected we'd lose Woods, though I get why we didnt keep him on a roster already full of safeties.News, Rumors
- The Cowboys want to bring back TE Michael Trigg to the practice squad. (via Calvin Watkins)
- The Cowboys want to bring back WR Anthony Smith to the practice squad. (via Todd Archer)
- DT Tommy Dunn is a candidate to return to the Cowboys practice squad. (via Jordan Schultz)
- LB Curtis Robinson plans to sign back with the Cowboys practice squad. (via Calvin Watkins)
- The Cowboys lost S Julius Wood to the Dolphins. (via Nick Harris)
- Cowboys ex-OL Trevor Keegan is off to the Vikings. (via Nick Harris)
Almost like Shotty had no clue about it.Then they release Milton.

Longhorn hype machine strikes again.Geez. I still can’t believe how trash Blue is.
Do not use logic here...The answer as to why they waited could be one of two things:
1. They were trying to trade him and nobody made them a good enough offer.
2. They wanted to put Milton on the PS all along, but waited for other teams to cut to 53 and make roster claims (and some QB trades) before exposing Milton to waivers.
6-23 with Wash
And Milton is hmm only played in 4 games all in relief yelp that’s who O want as a backup to to team that’s going to be good to help win games! Got it6-23 with Wash
They want Milton back on the PS. That's why they waited- he has a better chance of going unclaimed now that teams made other QB moves already. Then they release Milton.

That Washington team he was playing for was trash. Howell had no chance behind a line that got him sacked 76 times and forced him to throw numerous bad passes.6-23 with Wash
5-136-23 with Wash

I think we would have lost Clark, too, so it was either-or. I thought we'd lose both Wood and Keegan if we cut them, and we did. I think we'll lose Milton, too.I expected we'd lose Woods, though I get why we didnt keep him on a roster already full of safeties.
Probably could not have signed Emari D. to the practice squad. If we had not claimed him, Chiefs could have put him on their PS.Dallas signs a scrub RB to the 53, instead of just adding him to the PS.
They also have Izzy on the PS.
They cut Milton, hoping he clears waivers.
team invested two off seasons on Milton, who is clearly advancing.
how does any of this make sense? And I’m not even a big Milton fan.
Here’s examplesOh...darn. I thought 53 was the regular roster. Didn't know you can only bring 46-ish into the stadium.
When there are 22 starters...plus 2-3 specialty (kicker/punter/ect) ...
allows less than 20-ish subs?
I know Im dense but I still don't get it.
Troy Aikman was 0-15 his first year as a starter. That is what happens to quarterbacks on really bad teams. That Washington team was along the same lines as Troy's first team.Howell is 5-13 as a starter
16+1 international exceptionQuestion... How much longer can they add and subtract from the PS?
5-13
Wrong. Milton started one game for the Pats....and beat the Bills. He is 1-0 as a starter.Better then Milton ! 0 wins
