My apologies didn't realize you were talking Tackle.

My guess in short term is move Zach out to T or move Tyron back over.
For all practical purposes, the Cowboys are looking at Tyler Smith as their swing tackle. When Tyron Smith goes down, he shifts then we see someone else, possibly Richards at LG.

He is a journeyman former pick for the Falcons who has never stuck anywhere. But he fits the Jason Garrett Rule with four starts, "he has experience in this league".
Most recently was in Giants camp for preseason

Yeah. That’s a lot of moving parts shifting around.

I don't disagree with the starter argument, I just think they need to bulk up depth more because the current defense makes this a much more expensive unit to keep together. That's what killed the 90's Boys with all their depth. Can always cut him mid-season or next year if he doesn't show progress.
And I disagree with you you can't worry about guys that two or three years down the road might fill a spot you just can't building a 53 man roster you gotta take your best 53 you can't worry about a guy on the fringe or on the bubble that you might lose it is how it is and by the way Sam Williams may have some legal issues he is tank Lawrence's replacement he is that good he just will play all this year he will not miss a game and if he does get suspended a few games next year we'll deal with that but he is one of our future defensive ends you can count on that unless he just completely melts down and I don't think so I think he's done a few dumb things the last couple times he's driving a car but i think he's gonna be fine and we're deep at pass rush and you cant just stash the 53 with positions you're already filled up with..

by the way remember how that pass rusher/lb Kamara looked in hard knocks and in preseason, people around here loved him just as....Isaiah land and where is that guy now? can we stop overreacting to some of t....o played better against other backups against some of the worst preseason lineups you'll see??

Oh I agree not ideal. We have same problem at center.

As mentioned Edgoa might be able to play RT too.

Not ideal but we are in an OL starved League right now

Definitely. I just think the team can do better in the area of right tackle. I don’t like the current options.

They are bringing back RT Alex Taylor-Prioleau. Right tackle depth solved. Nothing more to see here.

Yes. And zero at right tackle. Which is my original point.
And my point is that they have been using him on the right side and he has played tackle in the past. Sorry if it is too tough for you to understand. They put Waletzko on IR. That leaves Bass as a right side backup while he is on IR. They could also move Tyron Smith to right tackle like they did last year.
