Practice Squad Signings?

Tyrus Wheat back on the PS. Don’t see it. He’s done absolutely zero.

We like our guys. A bunch of stiffs in the PS. Hard time believing there weren’t better options.

Is there some kind of practice squad championship I'm not aware of?

Like at the Pro Bowl, do teams play a tournament me with practice squad players may the best team win?
I don’t think that’s necessarily what he is saying.

But when you bring your 16 back and they were all with you in camp, it’s hard to agree.

Every team brings in new guys. We seem to stick to who we had is what they are saying.

My ONE criticism of the initial 53 was not cutting Gallimore to keep Land. I feel completely justified in that criticism now.

This will be Ron’dell Carter all over again. We sometimes think our guys are better than they are.

My jaw is on the floor. Hoffman was consistently my worst rated lineman every game INCLUDING the 3rd Stringers. I only rated Alec L worse because he didn’t play enough to get an evaluation.

Farniok as a C is >>>>>> than Hoffman
I’m reading Farniok moved on not Dallas

Now, this one is the head scratcher. Reports were Hoffman was improving in last couple of weeks, but I'm no way do I think he was the only plan for backup Center.

I will hold out further judgement on situation until all the smoke clears though.

Apparently, Farniok chose not to stick around.

(I've read this a few times now... not really calling out one poster.)

The two are not the same, though. Why is this so hard to get? Gallimore was never going to be an edge rusher for you. Land was never going to be a 3-tech for you. We all know this. Why does it keep getting repeated. It makes more sense, really, to complain that your favorite young LG was let go in favor of a LT... at least it's within some frame of reality that a G or a T, in a pinch, could conceivably be asked to fill-in. That's not even barely the case for Gallimore and Land.

PSA: If Biadasz gets injured and Hoffman is the backup we are DOOMED

Yes but we have FOUR 3T…why? Osa, Gallimore, Gholston, Fehoko…

There’s no reason to have four of these guys. Even in obvious pass rush situations you will shove Lawrence inside and still only use a single 3T most likely
