27-17 Dallas. I think with the whole 0-4 thing against the Giants in the new stadium Dallas will play with something to prove and more urgency.

I'm worried about our ability to stop the run, and I won't believe the "more takeaways" talk until I actually see them. That said: 27-21 Cowboys.

i too worry about our defense and their collective growing pains in the new scheme, i like the skill player matchups on offense however and if the o-line can just maintain for 3 seconds they should be able to matriculate the ball down the field. i'll go shootout in this one

Where are the self titled realists and their predictions of doom and gloom?

I'm surprised.

I'd like to agree, but back last season when the Cowboys were already 0-3 against the Giants at home, you'd think that that would have been all the motivation needed, and yet the Cowboys proceeded to go...............0-4 in that category.

34-20 Giants. I hope I'm wrong but Eli is as lucky as Romo is unlucky

The Cowboys offensive line looked pretty good against the Bengals in the dress rehearsal. There were plays where Romo had a lot of time to throw the ball, and if the line can hold up about the same against a banged up Giants DL, the Cowboys should have a lot of success. Watching the Broncos last night, I was kind of thinking that this game could go the same way. Austin, now that he's healthy, could dominate from the slot, and there's not a linebacker on the Giants that can cover Witten. Bryant will get some double coverage until Austin and Witten torch them, and then just like last night, No. 88, just like Thomas, finally gets his. I don't know about predicting a final score, but I'm pretty comfortable saying that the Cowboys should win this game.

No sustained pass rush from either D line means both QBs have big games. Romo 4 TDs, Eli 3.
