Predict the Schedule That Might Be Released This Thursday *Now Next Week*

Several googled sites show the opponents and location but not the dates and times yet.

Cowboys only had two Sunday 1pm eastern \ 12 noon starts last season (only the Chiefs had less = one).

Good effort but I don't think they open with SF. It would not surprise me if they start us off with the Commanders or Lions. But man, I look at their opponents and I see so many opportunities for smackdowns. I can see the TV cameras cut away to Jerry in his booth as the score piles up against the Cowboys.

If you look at the home/away, besides at 49ers, the rest favors us.

2024 will be the third consecutive game \ season (and 4 out of the last 5) that the Lions have to go down to Texas and play the Cowboys.

Perhaps, but it'd also make sense to have Washington after the Saints on Thanksgiving and Philly after. Unless they put Washington on Thanksgiving again. I figured they probably wouldn't want to be repetitive though.

Oh, well, at San Francisco and then hime against Washington. That actually solves the above conundrum. They'd have us play the Saints on Thanksgiving, at Washington the following week, and home against Philly the following week.

Back then the network schedule was regimented to conference matchups. Sunday day games - AFC v. AFC on CBS, NFC v. NFC on FOX, AFC on the road v. NFC on CBS, NFC on the road v. AFC on FOX.
Nowadays with the cross-network scheduling, an AFC team could be the Cowboys opponent on Thanksgiving even if the game is on FOX.
Exhibit A___the Cowboys hosted their NFC division rival Commanders on Thanksgiving last year- yet the game was televised on CBS.
