Prediction: Ellis for Jason Taylor

Im hearing thru the grapevine that Taylor wants to be a Cowboy badly,really badly,and BP wants him gone.So I am going on a limb and predicting we get Taylor and drop Ellis.i dont know what to think about it if true.

I'd do it in a heartbeat. Ellis is not even close to the level of a Taylor even at their respective ages. Taylor, if the rumor is true, must be hearing plenty from his boy Zach Thomas about how Dallas is gonna lay the smackdown this year...

No way would Parcells trade Taylor for Ellis straight up, and I don't think we'd give up a pick to get him. I would definitely take the deal if it was offered though.

The real reason is because JT is the Emmitt Smith version of the Dullphins and you know what happened to Emmitt when Tuna came to town.

Ellis may stay put, but I think Parcells will get rid of Taylor for the same reason he got rid of Emmitt Smith.

He doesn't want a strong veteran voice in the club house that he can't control.

Taylor would be nice, but he is a bit expensive. I also wouldnt want to get rid of Ellis. I know what Ellis can do in our system already. I like Ware, Ellis, and Spencer......I would like to see Walden and even the guy from Georgia Tech that we signed as a UDFA have a chance to try and make the squad....
