Preliminary Injunction Granted **merged**

He didn't know that an NFL employee would get on the stand and not tow the company line and since Friel kept her opinions secret, he had no clue what she was going to say.

Henderson or Friel the bigger screw up in the appeals hearing? They both sunk the hearing on so many levels.

Out of all the rabid fans on this board were you the first to post this exciting news? Lol not that it matters but still its kind of a historic post so I had to see who the OP was. Hats off to you and your speedy work sir.

Think the win vs Brady gave them the impression that they could literally do anything they wanted. They are going to be woke up after this.

If the NFL indeed felt that way, they had to be awakened by Judge Mazzant's statement that the Elliott case in no resembled any of the previous ones that had before been presented. The NFL really skirted the boundaries of fair play and this governments idea of justice by disallowing the proper presentation of the defendant's case and the information that it entailed.

Much to their chagrin, they're most likely discovering that they're not beyond negative legal scrutiny after all. The way that Judge Mazzant scolded them in his closing remarks must certainly have been a humbling experience. Withholding evidence as they intentionally did was a shockingly wrongful, incredibly foolish and treatment that went well outside the bounds of justice.

You guys are incapable of thinking like a person who is above reproach

To be fair, did you see what the subject of your "original content quote" was in reference to, sir?
Wasn't the point for me. There was an assumption that posts and likes were connected ratios. I had thousands of posts here before the 'like' system was instituted. Others had the same, so the ratio is not defacto. Though some deserve the thumbs up; always felt you were a pretty cheery guy....

...'cept about that texting thaing (agreed, btw)

Like I said before this is all about having him for 2016 and let the chips fall where they may in the offseason...

I'm in a league with a bunch of pats fans, I managed to get Dez at 19 & Zeke at 22.
I had a similar situation, but with Chief fans. Got Dez 18 and Zeke 23. That draft was 2 weeks ago though, before most of the national media were talking about the possibility of litigation allowing Zeke to play. I was even laughed at and called a homer for picking Zeke when I did.
