McFadden lacks what the others have. He seems to not break many tackles. He is more explosive than Morris and Smith though.

The key is McFadden is a 3 down back that can block and catch. Thats gonna give him a big edge in the HB competition

So far:

* Gathers needs to make team. That TD catch will scare defenses. Blocking will be WIP for short term.
* Smith knocks Morris off team.
* Tapper & Taco both showed me something and will get better.
* Jordan Carrell got blasted and ended up on his rear on goal line. I can't even have that on tape. Released.
* Cooper Rush looked poised with decent arm. Want to see him with starting OL.

McFadden has no shake. Straight line only.

McFadden has no vision. He's a forward-leaning back who will go as far as the hole will take him. As he gets going forward, he converts speed to power, but if he stops his feet, he loses power.

As a backup who would step in behind a line that can open the expected hole nine out of 10 times, he's a good player to carry the ball a few times a game. Plus, he's not a bad pass blocker and is a good pass receiver.
