Maybe could go light on OL.

No go 9 deep -heavy on our strengh --Offense will have to carry defense --keep OL out on field as much as possible.

The secondary got torched on 2 straight TD's to start the game. The Dline was also getting blown off the ball and losing containment all night. Was awful.

Well it just proves they were rusty. They don't tackle in practice. So maybe they just got off to a slow start and nothing more. They sky isn't falling.

Biggest concern tonight.....

Taco looked slow, weak, and completely lacking in rush moves.

First round picks should look flashy. He looked bland.

So awful, that they held them to just 3 points in the 2nd half and won the game. What are you saying...we were lucky to win?

Seeing flashes in Tapper and Awuzie, think they will get better.
Woods, Ivie were both nothing burgers.
Not enough Taco to make any assumptions.

Just me but I wouldn't carry 9. I have 8 at the most. This is a young defense and will only get better, they have a huge ceiling

Woods didn't get in until later but showed speed that I haven't seen in awhile. He came flying down to force Knight to throw ball away. Blanton looked lost though and I expect Woods to pass him by the next game or two

Taco didn't look good. Not worried nor freaking out about it.

Still not confident about our pass rush for the regular season.

Kellen playing with bkups did ok.
Had 2 nice passes 1 for the td.
Morris looks motivated.

Overall bad start but after that looked OK.
Hard to judge players in a game like this.
Nice to see a game again.
Next 3 will tell us more.

While true we have some iron men. 3-4 backups could allow us to go deep at other positions
