Pressure is on the Giants now, a loss pretty much seals it

If the Giants lose to the Steelers, that pretty much hands us the division. We would be 3 games up with 4 to play. It would take a massive choke job to drop 3 out of 4 and have the Giants run the table with 5 in a row.

So we should be the biggest Steeler fans in the country this Sunday............I feel dirty even saying that;)

True. But even if they win in Pitt, the NYG will have to win out to win the division barring a complete collapse from the Cowboys. Cowboys at worst are looking at 13 wins.

If we finish 13-3.............we would still end up with HFA as the number 1 seed unless either the Giants win out. Seattle is even in worse shape because they have 3 losses and a tie, so even if they win out they could not pass Dallas at 13-3.

Simply put, if we just go .500 with a 2-2 record over these last couple of games, we win HFA as the number one seed unless the Giants go 5-0. They cant lose a single game if we just go .500

At this point, not getting HFA would take a major league choke job............this is really setting up nice for us for a change:grin:

The Week 17 Philly game will be a walkover by the time we get there. So worst case scenario, out of the next 3 games, we need 1 win.

And if the steelers wins that should put added pressure on NY when we play them and we should be loose, and it's no gimme for Seattle v Carolina, even though it's in Seattle, still don't think it's a gimme...

The Steelers should beat the Giants.

And then we'll clinch the following week.

We're sitting pretty right now yes... but the giants are the type of team to play to their competition. I'm not expecting them to win and will be rooting for pitt of course but I wouldn't be surprised if the giants won. Pitt is not a great team this year. Any way you slice it.. the met life game still looms very large. We simply do not want to psychologically get swept by them, some type of clinching scenario will be present, etc.. I feel very good about that game. The fact that they're the only team that's beaten us will have us focused.

I don't see them being able to score enough to beat Pittsburgh ...
