I got that information from the commenters. They stated what I mentioned above so I just repeated it.

No prob. That info may be correct. I can't find anything to say the information is wrong or right. The closest I could find was that link about his rookie contract. It is possible that the Bengals renegotiated an extension while he was playing on his rookie deal. From that link it sounded as if an automatic option to the contract kicked in based on his playing time and performance after his first three seasons.

Not really. I mean they can win some games but winning with Drew Stanton in the playoffs isn't going to get it done. Eventually when you lose your starting QB it's going to catch up with you. The Cards have had a lot of things go their way so far this season so they aren't just good enough to win with Stanton at QB.

He can't win in the playoffs. But they will be in every game and have a chance to win any given Sunday. He's not weeden, where you have no chance of beating a good team.

They won earlier in the year with Stanton but he'll have to play a lot better down the stretch and in the playoffs to win now. They're not likely to beat a lot of good teams with a QB completing less that 50% of his passes.

This is bad news for Dallas. ARI is now likely to fall to a wild card. If Dallas can't wrest the NFC East away from PHI, then Dallas will be battling for a wild card berth with ARI and other NFC teams.......and ARI holds the tiebreaker over Dallas.
