Dallas Cowboys

Best pick: I like the pick of Bruce Carter in the second round. He is coming off an ACL injury, so he might be limited in 2010, but he has star potential if on the field.

Questionable move: Taking DeMarco Murray in the third round was a strange move with all the other needs they have.

Third-day gem: Sixth-round pick Dwayne Harris is a steal. He will make their team and be a good slot receiver.

Analysis: They added a starter in tackle Tyron Smith and then filled in some holes, though I think they could have gone in another direction when they picked Murray.

Grade: B-

New York Giants

Best pick: I love the first-round pick of corner Prince Amukumara. He is a talented cover corner who will push for time as a rookie.

Questionable move: Not addressing the offensive line until the fourth round. Age is starting to become an issue up front.

Third-day gem: Sixth-round linebacker Greg Jones is a playmaker who was considered a potential high pick before the season.

Analysis: I love that they got a premier cover player in Amukamara. Second-round pick Marvin Austin has first-round talent and could be a steal. Jerry Reese had a nice draft.

Grade: A

Philadelphia Eagles

Best pick: I like the pick of Danny Watkins in the first round. He is a nasty player who will fit in on their offensive line, which needs help.

Questionable move: Using a fourth-round pick on kicker Alex Henery. Anytime you pick a kicker that high, it's a questionable move.

Third-day gem: Fourth-round pick Casey Matthews, Clay's little brother, will help at a position of need. Should be a good special-teams player, as well.

Analysis: The Eagles always seem to do a good job in the draft. This year was no different. The key might be second-round safety Jaiquawn Jarrett.

Grade: B

Washington Commanders

Best pick: I like Ryan Kerrigan in the first round. They traded down, added a top outside rusher, and added extra picks. Nice move.

Questionable move: Passing on a quarterback. Who takes the snaps in 2011?

Third-day gem: I love the pick of running back Evan Royster in the sixth round. He was a productive player in a big-time conference.

Analysis: I'd give them a better grade if they picked a quarterback, but they made some nice moves with all the trades and ended up with some good football players. I like Kerrigan and receiver Leonard Hankerson a lot.

Grade: B.

there's no way I can take this guy seriously, he downgrades half the picks in the first and gives Minnesota an A+ for freaking Ponder. Give me a break.

I liked several of the Gaints picks value-wise, but I don't see how they can get an "A" without addressing a pressing need at Oline.

I would say she should get a B

Reading the New York Times writer he stated that at the Senior Bowl Murray was viewed as potential "thoroughbred" by two current NFL running backs coaches and players, I hate OU but if he would have not tried to play through injuries and gotten completely healthy he would have been in the same class as Ingram. A revamped line, a true FB, a stud runner, and the existing passing game, I think Garrett is taking a page from the 90's. Murray maybe the best player we drafted, my prediction. Jones will eventually be his change of pace back.

Good point.

His credibility took a nose dive on that Ponder grade.

DeMarco Murray is not a lead RB, and we already have a couple of good backups and/or bit players in Felix and Tashard. The bottom line is, if we were going to pick a RB, then we needed a RB that is better than those dudes, in reality, they're both probably better than Murray.

We needed a RB, but I would have much rather picked a guy in the 5th or 6th... Jacquizz Rodgers is a bit player, but his bit, is better than anything Demarco Murray has, and Quizz was picked 2 spots after we chose in the 5th... Watch Quizz' highlights, then watch Murray's, then tell me who's better... (Not you McDuff, I'm just talking to anyone in general...)

This draft sucked................................................................. D/C-

I"ll never forgive him for that time he asked for an autograph for his nephew when a camera was on after a game.

So we got the lowest grade of the entire division.............Wow.

This guy is totally clueless.

What? When did this happen? Was there any kind of reaction here?

Pretty sure it was with Donovan McNabb, after we played the Commanders this year. I don't remember clearly, but I hate him forever for it.

He is talking about Choice asking Vick for his autograph after we lost on our own home field on NBC Sunday Night Football. The cameras were still rolling and on national TV Choice had Vick sign his gloves for "his nephew" apparently.

Alot of fans got pissed about it.

It was Vick and its about time to get over it. Seems like Choice has.

I do believe Salty's being a tad facetious here.

I think it could be argued Murray was easily more productive than Ingram in college, even if you want to drop off a year from Murray. The numbers speak for themselves.

As to how they'll do in the pros? I think they're two entirely different backs. I haven't rechecked the Saints RB depth, but I'm assuming Ingram is going to get a lion's share of the carries. With Murray, I really envision him having a third-down role primarily.

Michael Vick's autograph he asked for.

Like the tool he is.
