There was a sports group called Endeavor that was in the running, but they have dropped out. Looks like it's between AEW and the Saudis.
I don’t think AEW was ever ‘in’.

Yeah. Not happening.

First, his Dad doesn’t have that kind of money.

Secondly, Vince McMahon’s ego would never allow him to sell to any perceived competitor.

You can tell me I was wrong if it ever does, but I think it’s nothing more than wasted talk and the kid trying to get more attention.
Have no idea how much money the Khan family has. I imagine a lot of that is tied up with their different businesses.

But regarding the Vince part, 100% agree.

I'm with you on this one. I do not believe it would ever happen.

Shad Khan is the man that makes the money. The son just spends it. The father’s wealth was estimated at about $7 billion. So even if he was about to sign it all over he still wouldn’t have enough.

But regarding the Vince part, 100% agree.

I'm with you on this one. I do not believe it would ever happen.
Given the bloated asking price, the only viable buyers I see are the Saudis, and maybe Comcast/NBC Universal.

Any thoughts on tonight's AEW PPV, Revolution?
1P John Silver and Alex Reynolds vs. Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta Tag team match
2P Mark Briscoe and The Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) (with Alex Abrahantes) vs. Ari Daivari and The Varsity Athletes (Josh Woods and Tony Nese) (with "Smart" Mark Sterling) Six-man tag team match
3 Christian Cage vs. "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry Final Burial match
4 Chris Jericho vs. Ricky Starks Singles match
The Jericho Appreciation Society are banned from ringside.
5 The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson) (c) vs. The House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews) Six-man tag team match for the AEW World Trios Championship
6 Jamie Hayter (c) vs. Saraya vs. Ruby Soho Three-way match for the AEW Women's World Championship
7 Jon Moxley vs. "Hangman" Adam Page Texas Death match
8 Samoa Joe (c) vs. Wardlow Singles match for the AEW TNT Championship
9 The Gunns (Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn) (c) vs. The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) (with Billy Gunn) vs. Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett (with Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh) vs. Orange Cassidy and Danhausen Four-way tag team match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship
10 MJF (c) vs. Bryan Danielson 60-minute Iron man match for the AEW World Championship

Lots of matches as usual. Most of the matches I don't care who wins. I would like to see Bryan win. Doubt that happens. The MJF saga will continue. I'm ready for his 15 minutes to be up.

The Elite is all I really care about. I'm sure they will win. Not much hype about that match. Joe/Wardlow should be good. I wonder if Jericho continues to put over guys. Mox/Page will be bloody. That is guaranteed. I'm not watch this ppv but will later when I can for free. :)

Ditto about MJF. His contract ends in 2024. Iimagine he'll go to the WWE unless Khan shows him the money.

Go to www.dailymotion.com if you want to see the PPV for free. That's what I do.

I saw the the Elite lost the Trios titles last night. I think this adds to the speculation that all three might eventually leave AEW for one final run in WWE before their careers are over.

If that happens, paging CM Punk.

Oh yeah. I think Conned would be desperate enough to bring him back and just let him nuke the locker room.

In another real company, he would have been fired the minute he acted up at the media scrum and completely disrespected everyone, including the owner.

There, he’ll probably get a raise.

Would the new WWE use the Bucks better than the old WWE? I haven't watched that product in some time. But I feel like in old WWE, they'd be in the fast lane to nowheresville as a team, then split up shortly afterward.

I definitely think so.

Vince HATED tag team wrestling and treated it terribly.

Now with HHH in charge, things look a lot brighter on that front.

In fact, I think Vince no longer running creative is the reason why any of these guys are now even considering signing there.

It's a good thing it's getting better.

I'm still leaning towards all three remaining in AEW. No real reason behind that, just what I think will happen.

Your guess is just as good as mine.

My thinking is this.

If they weren’t at least thinking about it, they would already have big money extensions done like Moxley and Jericho.

Heck, even Rusev/Miro got a long term deal and the guy is miserable and regrets it.

And the only thing that WWE could offer that Tony Conned couldn’t or wouldn’t is a run in the big-time in WWE. Anything else, they could get in AEW. And already have.

The fact that deals aren’t already done makes me believe they have to be at least considering a move.

All that will be subject to change when the sale goes through.

Who knows what the WWE will look like a year from now.

I think potentially less different than if there were no sale and Vince gets more involved.
