Secondly, Vince McMahon’s ego would never allow him to sell to any perceived competitor.

Shad Khan is the man that makes the money. The son just spends it. The father’s wealth was estimated at about $7 billion. So even if he was about to sign it all over he still wouldn’t have enough.

But regarding the Vince part, 100% agree.

Given the bloated asking price, the only viable buyers I see are the Saudis, and maybe Comcast/NBC Universal.

The Elite is all I really care about. I'm sure they will win. Not much hype about that match. Joe/Wardlow should be good. I wonder if Jericho continues to put over guys. Mox/Page will be bloody. That is guaranteed. I'm not watch this ppv but will later when I can for free.

Ditto about MJF. His contract ends in 2024. Iimagine he'll go to the WWE unless Khan shows him the money.

Would the new WWE use the Bucks better than the old WWE? I haven't watched that product in some time. But I feel like in old WWE, they'd be in the fast lane to nowheresville as a team, then split up shortly afterward.

Vince HATED tag team wrestling and treated it terribly.

Now with HHH in charge, things look a lot brighter on that front.

In fact, I think Vince no longer running creative is the reason why any of these guys are now even considering signing there.

I'm still leaning towards all three remaining in AEW. No real reason behind that, just what I think will happen.

My thinking is this.

If they weren’t at least thinking about it, they would already have big money extensions done like Moxley and Jericho.

Heck, even Rusev/Miro got a long term deal and the guy is miserable and regrets it.

And the only thing that WWE could offer that Tony Conned couldn’t or wouldn’t is a run in the big-time in WWE. Anything else, they could get in AEW. And already have.

The fact that deals aren’t already done makes me believe they have to be at least considering a move.

I think potentially less different than if there were no sale and Vince gets more involved.
