I guess peoples hatred of him is his lack of playoff success. He always seemed like a decent, very intelligent - overall nice guy. Aikman could never say enough nice things about him, and Im sure he knew him much better than anyone on here- LOL. He was our last link to those great 90s teams - I mean besides the Jones boys.

Those Ivy league, egg head, very intelligent types are always odd. His winning percentage was pretty much the same as Jimmys in 10 years instead of 5. I realize he didn't win the prize like Jimmy, but the guy was a good coach.
