After yesterday, I am a full on fan. Call it knee-jerk, but if we had 22 TO's, the will to win would absolutely overwhelm our oponents. He never gives up. Frankly, today, when so much is wrong, I'm in love. He was an enormous bright spot for us yesterday. That TD catch was unbelievable. Some WRs are faster. Some have better hands. None of them burn like he does, though.
Look out league.
AsthmaField said:IOW, it was one loss... but I saw fifteen games (maybe more) where TO is going to be a force to be reckoned with. He's going to make the offense so much better than it would've been without him. Just think what the Commanders will think when they watch the Jax film and see TO.
Good Lord, TO looked strong. He's a nightmare to bring down. I don't think Dallas has ever had a WR that teams had to worry over his RAC yards like TO.

I just want him to be a beast on the field and not be a disruption.
If Bledsoe misses him too many times or he keeps getting chunks of yardage called back due to penalties...I think you can start the time bomb.
superpunk said:That's that desire. When he gets the ball, he wants that end zone. And you have to kill him to get him down. Like I said, it's only one game, but I'ma full on fan. I've never seen anything like that for my boys.

Fernando Fernandez said:I was most impressed with his behavior AFTER he made that great TD grab late in the fourth quarter.
He DID NOT prance around and make a celebration dance!
The guy proved to me that he indeed wants to be a total team player.
This non-event was bigger than the TD itself in terms of team chemistry.
btcutter said:why would anyone celebrate a TD when you team is down 14 (cutting it to 7) with less than 2 minute to go and you don't have the ball?
only idiots and losers would do that......thank god, he didn't do anything stupid.
AsthmaField said:I honestly didn't think he was as good as he is. I mean I realize that I don't pay as much attention to non-dallas players, but I didn't think he was that good. Seriously. I saw him make plenty of good plays when he was in SF and Philly...

I did begin to view him a bit differently a few months ago when I heard he held the all-time single game reception record with 20.
That stiff arm on the db yesterday was beautiful. Power, attitude and desire.
The dude can carry this offense, with the threat of Glenn and Witten, if whomever playing QB can get him the ball.
